Negative experience: Appalling service. They picked up our family, including small kids, and then left us on the side of the road in the middle of the night claiming the booking was for a different emirate to the one we live in. This was despite a paid and confirmed booking that clearly stated the destination.

Negative experience: We have booked a transfer noone came to pickup us and for the return again noone come and said the driver is stuck in the traffic qnd advised us to take a taxi and they will refund the money but still not sure if they will refund the money They have a very bad customer service and no one will help you if you face a problem in the transfer Don't trust them

Negative experience: Advise against using! I booked an SUV for my airport transfer and they sent me a white van that they use to transport workers! The driver was 15 minutes late even though they tried to send him an hour earlier the day prior. Furious! Stick to Uber will never happen as again.

Negative experience: Abysmal and unfriendly service. Late for pickup and no help from customer support. Pranow has extremely unprofessional service. I would recommend to use another company for anything related to your travel.

Negative experience: Very bad service. They first left us at the airport lied that the driver waited and then going back to the airport the car wasn’t what we booked and the driver was very bad at driving

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Dubai all thanks to Arabian voyager. I took the package of 5 nights and they did everything for us. From picking us Up at the airport to dropping us back at the airport. The tour guide was very informative and knew everything he was talking. Overall I would give this experience 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Great service. Went with 5 day Dubai tour and had an amazing time. Trip was very customizable to my needs and they were flexible with my scheduling when my kids needed a quick change of plans

Negative experience: They left us in the airport with kids and were lying that will take us after 5 min and 1,5 hours were telling the same thing, "the driver will be in 5 min, 10 min".. after they told a fairy tale about traffic jam and accident but they could not answer to our questions so why they were lying that they would take as after 5 min for several times.. Awful service, non professional and not responsive staff!!!
