Negative experience: Worst service ever seen.currently waiting in airport for the visit visa which has been approved before 2-3 hours.staff over there thinks that they are providing the service for free.we are paying for the services and been waiting in the airport around 1 day for transfers and all the process which as he been done already.we are taking the same fasting as they are doing.while called the staff they are saying they are not in the duty and have to wait for the visa which is already processed.i ask for the application number so tat i can download that also they are not willing to give.please guys never go for this travels in any case.if u give some other travels you can save your time and money also can save energy talking to the useless staff. Owner of this company should find some solution or else keep the staff who can work for the customers not upto their preference.wonderful staff who give me this worst experience (summaya and ahammed)they were switching like call him and he was saying call her.none of the was ready to help and was talking like egoists and lease bothered.

Negative experience: Poor service, Alquoz 2 shaklan branch. Harsh attitude of employee. He is using his phone n browsing online shopping websites instead of answering queries.
