Negative experience: My cousin sponsored my Visa to visit her in Dubai my flight supposed to be on August 10,2019 unfortunately I was not able to make it because my documents are lacking of affidavit of support because this agency didnt told my cousin ahead of time that it needs this documents so the agency booked my flight eventhough they know that I'm lacking of documents required for visit visa.Ive waited for my rebook of ticket for almost 3 weeks,but nothing so I decided to contact one of the agents there and ask her if what happened and she told me only they are allowed to rebook next month probably this first week of September,so I waited because she told me she will update to me after 5 pm because the office will re open at 5 pm .I've waited until 9 pm but there's no update so I message her alot but only she reads my messages and no response at all.So my cousin decided to go to the office and ask if they could book me sept.2 but they said only sept.8 and 11 ,so I agree to them sept .8 .Then after 2 hours they message my cousin that it's not possible for 8 only sept.11 they will do the rebooking of my ticket but I need to pay for the penalty.For what penalty?first of all it's not our fault I was not allowed to travel because the agency didn't informed my cousin about the affidavit of support and now they will not refund us and tell us to pay for penalty.its not acceptable reason that the boss inform the agent late that need that documents. Very bad service,I am very dissapointed..
