Negative experience: Worst travel partner I ever met and deal. Very arrogant and rude approach to the customers. Never ever trust this travels team. One word to explain this travels. It is "FRAUDS"
Fantastic experience: Thay are doing a great job. Ticketing is doing as simple as it is. With in blink of eyes they are booikg tickets with good options. Tabby option they introduced in the ticket booking that one also very helpfull for me. Due this high ticket rates this one will be revolution.
Negative experience: Very bad customer service. Don't approach them. We have contacted them for the abu dhabi visiting visa for one of my family member. The customer service is very bad. They don't proceeded the visa application and we regularly contacted them for the update. But atlast they told us that the application is rejected. While we asking them for the reason, they shouted and misbehaved. Very bad, don't go with them.
Negative experience: Please girls don't go there for visa change. My sister and 2 girls were stuck in muscut for the last 3 days because of them. They did not take the visa at the correct time. The rest of the travels made their people safe. Don't show dirty behavior by receiving money. They didn't even consider that they were girls. If you call on the phone to enquire about something, the caller will be held guilty. owner Lady, even if we forget what you have shown us, God will not forget. These girls are so worried even without anyone to help.

Negative experience: Worst service. Will never recommend for visa change by oman bus service. Especially if you are planning to renew visa for elderly people. Put 1 star as there is no option for 0
