Negative experience: Their visa service is very poor...when applying they didn't bother to assist checking the docs and our visas got refused, this was very important for us...upon calling their agent said they will check and call but no response. No responsibility taken. Only booked an appointment, gave document checklist, which could be done personally also, no assistance or guidance was provided...extremely poor service, very disappointed.

Negative experience: Their visa travel is very unprofessional. I asked their company to apply for a visa, but my visa was rejected. They immediately shied away from responsibility and said that there were no problems with the process. They were very unprofessional and never helped during the process of submitting information. I reviewed it and just submitted it all without thinking. A lot of information was filled in wrongly. They had no idea what the nature of the visa service was. They didn’t even ask me to check the files and find out the reason for the rejection. In short, it was very unprofessional. , don’t go to them, they only know how to collect money

Negative experience: The worst travel company ever, don't book anything with them, especially a visa appointment or service, they will tell you that they have a lot of schengen countries appointment available, which is not true. they will ask you to send money first , after they took your money , they will start their game. You have to call them many times, send messages with no proper answer. And when you ask for your money back, they will say is not refundable .

Negative experience: They make very shortcut trip. Don't let you see u full place for e.g Al bastakiya historic place they showed 1 house but next day we went there there were many things to explore in that Also fix washroom stops, if we are 2-3 min late they leave u there Not worth it all instead book your tour on own & explore places using metro bus abra Bcz they start at 11:30 am almost & end at 6 around at Burj Khalifa Very worst experience

Positive experience: Rooms are Good. Breakfast is Good. But be careful at the time of Bill Settlement. They are not transparent. Often Bill at higher tarriff than promised and agreed tarriff at the time of check in. Better book through some travel site than direct with hotel.

Negative experience: Very bad service. They took my documents and never came back. Almost one week waiting and no response even after several reminders.
