Negative experience: I have used the company three times already and the most recent time was the last time. The red Dunes Safari is a Great experience however drives , who you get to spend some time with are not reliable and late. I booked the "home pick up" package. The driver called me if I could meet him at some random supermarket - which was 25mins walk away ( in 35 degrees Celsius) I refused. During the trip - we had one stop and he just disappeared for 30mins without any information. All other cars had left and we were left there confused. Finally he turned up and we left for a camp arriving late. We Missed out on a first show. Unacceptable.
