Negative experience: Après plusieurs mails et échange sur whatsapp nous attendons toujours depuis plus de 1 mois le remboursement des 500€ que Rayna tours a bien encaissé sans aucune prestation en face. Je voulais pour notre voyage de noce offrir en cadeau pour la saint Valentin un saut en parachute à mon mari le 14 février 2019, une fois la réservation faite sur le site rayna tours, l’agence nous informe que le saut a été réservé pour le 18 février or notre retour en France était prévu le 16 février. Grâce à rayna nous somme frustré et nous avons passé une saint Valentin gâchée. Je déconseille vivement
