Negative experience: Immensely disappointed with the service provided after given the wrong information in regards of visa renewal. Their terrible guiding left my elderly mother-in-law in customs for half a day. Poor customer skills as a follow up. Will never return, never recommend.

Negative experience: MOST WORST TRAVEL AND TOURISM IN DUBAI, AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE WITH THEIR AGENT NAMED "JOHN" IN SATWA, THEY DELAYED OUR TRANSANSACTION IN VISA PROCESSING UNTIL WE GOT FINED! WE DID EVEN ASK THE IMMIGRATION AND IT'S SEVEN SKY'S FAULT WHY OUR VISA IS STILL NOT APPROVE , THEY ARE OVER PRICE BUT THEY CAN ONLY GIVE AN ABU DHABI VISA, THE GUY AGENT NAMED JOHN IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AS WE CONTINIOUSLY ASK FOR THE FOLLOW UP REGARDING OUR APPLICATION, HE EVEN WORDED US HORRIBLE STATEMENT. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE !

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this Travel Agency. Don’t ever try! This is our first and will be the last transaction with them. Maybe they thought that we are going to be one of those people who they have F£€%.. but no!

Negative experience: I feel compelled to share my experience with the Staff Name Marvin, during our recent interactions. I must express my disappointment with the level of service and support provided. Throughout my inquiries and interactions, I found the assistance to be lacking and the service is very poor. The staff should strive to be helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable, but unfortunately, this was not the case in our interactions.Moreover, the behavior exhibited during our communication was less than satisfactory. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, I did not feel this was reflected in our exchanges. I expect a higher level of service and professionalism when dealing with the seven sky travel and tourism. I trust that my feedback will be taken constructively and lead to positive changes in approach to customer service which is not the case.

Negative experience: Very poor service. I paid just extra money. Not only staff even manager is ignoring messages. By the way manager start work at 1 pm, till 1 pm no approval from manager. So apply for visa if any problems for the manager approval you have to wait till 1 pm I waited till 2 pm then manager answer the phone calls. Shame on them. Very very very poor system and bad service. I never see like this service. By the way they don’t like to listen they like to talk only I will advise managers then staff to get some customer service trainings. Shame

Negative experience: Very low service, most of the staff are not helpful to customers, very late to response to inquiry.. not giving accurate information to the inquiry only partial answers. I dealt with your staff almost 3 of them they all are same attitude.. if they don't want to assist costumers why they are sitting in your receptions, faces are not welcoming, rude to response with high speech.. the way they act is like they are the CEO of the company... very very bad experience..

Negative experience: I have very bad experience from seven sky travel in satwa.i buy tourist visa from here and I need to extend when I am trying to chat for getting more information with phlipne male staff he didn't reply and next day when he reply me so rude and bad behave(we are not here to reply you everyday we have off day also go and complian anyone )when I also inform The senior management and owner he was ignoring my massage ) It's too bad thing if you cant provide good service atlies you have to respect the clients.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with this company since 2019 for their tourist visa services and travel insurance needs for relatives who visited Dubai. I learned about them from a close family friend and had been their customer ever since. Hassle free and convenient. Shout out to Miss Princess who, for years, had been assisting us and sending us reminders and alerts. I will continue availing of their services moving forward as it has been always a pleasant experience dealing with them. Will not hesitate to come back. 5 stars out of 5. Great job.

Negative experience: Not good agency. They do not care with their clients at all. If the agent is on leave, no one will take the account of the client hence, the client needs to wait until the agent resumes from leave. The manager, Ms. Rose do not even respond to any calls.
