Have been cooperating with TBO more than one year .This February we booked an luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi for our group and there was a booking was not confirmed after we prepaid almost one month .And we have been pushing and contacting TBO for almost 20days .they informed us 4days before arrival that the reservation is failed !!! And the hotel is fully booked !we have to arrange a hotel which is 70 kilometer far way and a private driver for the customer.After the trip we sent email to all the possible way and to the management office to ask the compensation but Shame on you TBO ,all the department keep silent ,no one even reply to us !there is not even a phone call we could make !To all the travel agency ,please keep far way from this company !!The worst service ever and no reputation at all !i could give you 0 point if I could !!

Negative experience: Never deal with them. As a travel agency, you will get the most stressful service. They have no proper suppliers or relationships to deal with any bookings. Account mangers do not know how to handle an account and nobody is bothered after you have made the payment. Markups are so high and service is extremely pathetic. I booked several sightseeings with them for a family trip and literally all of them got cancelled and they did not even give refund. Horrible company.

Positive experience: I made a Hotel Reservation through TBO for Jeddah, I tried many time to be reached there in Saudi TBO team by calling them on different numbers but unfortunately no luck, later I decided to Call TBO UAE Office and after long efforts I found a gentleman named, Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim who helped me on single call and email, I would like to give advise to the TBO management to be trained other employees like Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim due to his services I entirely change my point of view. Negative experience: Very worst service providers I met I my lifetime. I took Maldive Packages to my staffs through this agancy and not provided us the assured services. Made complaint in to the Indian office and not take any actions. Please dont prefer this agency if anyone planning to have holidays.

Negative experience: I have booked Travel package to Saudi Arabia through Maldives for my staffs. These peoples arranged the accommodation like a cattle shed and for food they are following the system followed in Jail. They put serial numbers in dress. I never expect this kind of service from them. I informed this issue to their office and the office team is saying that need to pay 600 USD to upgrade it. These peoples are cheating us. I never prefer them to anyone. Don't depend this team for your travel purpose.

Negative experience: very bad service of TBO holidays. my friends have been experiencing at Mali-dies. TBO had agreed them good accommodation,food,WiFi and etc before paying money. but they are accommodating passengers in a tent home living feel like labour camp and not giving wifi and proper food. they complained to TBO several times to management but they are not responding even a call there. dear friends, please be careful and think 10 times when you approach travels like TBO.
