Negative experience: Don't deal with them. After I paid everything and brought all the documents for Thailand Visa they said the embassy doesn't accept the passports from agents and they offered to refund my money back. And it has been a week and they aren't refunding anything. They keep telling me we will refund but they aren't giving me my money back, a 750 AED. I will tell about all the other things they are doing when I get some more time.

Negative experience: They make very shortcut trip. Don't let you see u full place for e.g Al bastakiya historic place they showed 1 house but next day we went there there were many things to explore in that Also fix washroom stops, if we are 2-3 min late they leave u there Not worth it all instead book your tour on own & explore places using metro bus abra Bcz they start at 11:30 am almost & end at 6 around at Burj Khalifa Very worst experience

Negative experience: PESIMO SERVICIO, 2 tours perdidos, nos hicieron pasar muy mal rato, son unos ineptos e irresponsables, perdimos tiempo y dinero con esta compañía, evite contratarla es puro FRAUDE.
Negative experience: En séjour au First Hôtel, nous avons pris le Safari Désert, bilan très décevant, rien de bien ! Départ en retard (25 mn), mais retour à l’heure … arrêt 30 mn pour faire du quad, payant car pas programmé, on a préféré attendre sur un banc, circuit dans le désert durant 20 mn environ avec des dizaines de voiture autour de nous, puis repas spectacle expéditif, pas eu le temps de terminer de manger et spectacle pas fini, chauffeur peu prudent (beaucoup sur son téléphone), on a passé beaucoup de temps sur la route … une erreur, ne pas avoir payé plus cher sans doute

Negative experience: Do not use this company. We had a reservation for a transport and tour from Dubai to Muscat for over 2 months before our travel date. Once in Dubai the day before our scheduled tour they changed the plan and decided that they will take us only to the border and told us we can take a taxi in Oman. This last minute change cost us a lot of money, time and aggravation as we were forced to pay a lot more for a last minute flight. I asked to talk to a manager but no one contacted me. These people are dishonest, they lie and they just don't care about you. Do not spend any money or make any plans with them

Negative experience: VERY IRRESPONSIBLE! We booked an Abu Dhabi City tour. 1. THEY WASTED SO MUCH TIME. They messaged us saying one pick up was going to be at 08:00 o’clock but they arrived at 09:30. They didn’t even apologize! Instead they kept insisting it was our fault. They were just giving reasons and even with screenshots of their messge. What was supposedly an 08:00 AM pick-up turned into 09:30 and the 09:30 pick-up became 10:00. It didn’t stop there! They let us wait for the bus to arrive for more or less 30 mins. We were able to leave Dubai at 11:20 AM. 2. IT WAS VERY RUSHED. Due to their tardiness, we only got 15-20mins time to explore the place. (Except the Grand Mosque, which was the only decent part of the itinerary) 3. SAFEGUARDING ISSUE! They told us that the bus will drop us off in the gas station where the vans are WAITING TO DROP US OFF AT OUR PICK-UP LOCATION! But there was only one van and they were refusing to drop my Aunties off in their pick-up location. They said they couldn’t go there so I asked them to drop them off instead at a near metro station. They said okay. I asked them to please take care of them as they are not familiar with the place. THESE PEOPLE DROPPED THEM OFF AT THE HIGHWAY! NOT EVEN IN THE SERVICE ROAD! WHAT IS THIS?! HOW COULD YOU DROP PEDESTRIANS IN SHEIKH ZAYED ROAD?! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?! I would have let the tardiness pass BUT THIS ONE, NOOOOOOOO!

Negative experience: Payment was debited from card however the voucher was released after several calls and again they have not EMAILES THE EXPO PASS YET TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED. The worst experience. Poor value Not responsive.(agents tried to transfer calls and calls were not getting answered even after giving a assurance of defintely from the respective agent.)

Negative experience: Never make mistake to apply visa from Rayna tours. Like it did. Its been 10 days my visa is not received. I have lost 1000 dhirams due to flight ticket cancellation and tired for followups. I applied from outside country 90 days visa and the person "Sadique logde" from Rayna tours decided to apply via Abu Dhabi instead of Dubai even though he knew that my travel date is very near and abu dhabi visa taking long time, even he promised 3 days processing time. So far i am struggling with immigration and approaching other travel agent because i am not getting any help or response at all from him. No attempt made by Rayna to contact me or immigration. Worst experience ever and never going to apply again from Rayna.
