Negative experience: Poor planning and changes to the itinerary without caring about the customer. They do not provide tickets in advance but would keep telling you the tickets are confirmed. They choose the most basic (economic) option wherever possible (even though charging you premium on the promise of quality. They outsource the vehicle for transfers to/from hotel/sightseeing places of interest to drivers who don't know much about the place except the travel route. The biggest example of their poorest planning was to keep Friday morning free for shopping in a city where none of the local shops open before 3. Whole of our day was wasted and we could not shop at a place considered as a haven for shopping. There was complete lack of coordination between the transport agency and Miles team. Everyday the car/van and driver used to change who were unaware of the itinerary. And their drivers were always late. They used to arrive 20-30 minutes after we used to call them. Only exception was the day of desert safari where the driver started shouting on us since he reached earlier than the scheduled time. However, he was the only guy who knew about the place and the safari experience was amazing.

Negative experience: Very very bad and unprofessional service. Everyday the pickup was late and there was no information provided about delay. For dessert safari pick up was late by 1.5 hr and we missed most of the activities since it was late by the time we reached. the coordinators are one bunch of pathetic guys who does not clearly understand what hospitality means. None of the tour tickets were provided in advance in spite of repeatedly asking them to be sent on previous day. The tour guys don't have a courtesy to call the guests and provide any information for everything the guest has to call and plead with them for information. the toru scheduling was also bad they should know which place needs more time and plan accordingly. In ski dubai you need hard copy of the ticket which tour guy didn't provide, carrying soft copy is just waste of time as you have to spend more time in the queue to get the print out. We were travelling with senior people and had specifically requested not send SUV as they are uncomfortable for old people to get in and out in spite of the request they didn't give any damn to our request. None of the days they called everyday we had to spend our time and money to call them. We were family of 7 and having booked the tour together we were given bhurj khalifa tickets in two different slots and we did not get tickets and timing information till we were dropped in the parking of the building. Such pathetic and insensitive service these guys provide. If you want peace of mind while you are in vacation don't go with this guys horrible experience

Negative experience: Very poor service, I had what's app to an executive named Murtuza on 12th May 19, to share the quote for Dubai holidays. I had shared all the details with him after that I am following up with him but no revert. It's more suprising even after reading my messages he is not bother to answer. Quite surprised to see the service. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Miles travel agents are a bunch of irresponsible liars, do not fulfill promised tour, after charging for a traveller, 50 seater bus starts picking up tourists from various hotels, waste your lot of time. Even hotel booked are of sub standard, treat you very shabbily.

Negative experience: Very rude. Not recommended . their drivers will keep you waiting for long without being apologetic BUT if you are late by 10 minutes they will leave you stranded.
