Negative experience: Это не компания и не сервис, это просто ужас! Они не только подводят, не отвечают, им абсолютно все ровно, и если, повторишь обращение, то получишь грубость. Не понимаю как их ВИЗА выбрала: либо хотят сэкономить на сервис либо они слепые. Не зря у них 2 звезды и в основном не довольные клиенты, но с каждым заказом, у них пропадает несколько клиентов - это 100%. Можно врагам рекомендовать!

Negative experience: It's a feedback regarding the service which they provide an airport drop off on saturday 04-Apr-2024. Initially they have arranged an service provider who confirm my pick and all. Suddenly 16 hours before received a message from the service provider saying ena travels has cancelled the booking please contact them. I feel something strange when I contact ena travels they inform me that new service provider will contact me for airport drop. The it’s start the all drama. Thank you for providing pathetic service. it seems fishy last minute you change the service provider and provide very dirty car with an irresponsible driver who came 30 minutes late which had a consequence effect where we have to rush in airport to complete the procedures. I never had an airport transfer experience worst than this. According to them it’s a Lexus or similar but they provide oldest and dirtiest Innova in the town.

Negative experience: Let me make one thing clear - I don't leave bad reviews lightly. As a customer, I try to be understanding of occasional mistakes. But this experience has been an absolute disgrace from start to finish. From the faulty website that wouldn't let me book, to being ignored by phone and email, to being hung up on and lied to by the so-called "owner", every single part of dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I've never been so frustrated by a customer service experience in my life. Muneer's complete lack of care or respect for his customers is appalling. He clearly has no interest in actually resolving issues or keeping customers happy. As the manager, he should be setting an example with his professionalism and customer service skills. Instead, he's happy to throw his weight around and talk down to people paying his bills. I gave them every opportunity to make this right and was met with rudeness and insults at every turn. At this point, I feel I have no choice but to post a scathing review to warn others what a waste of time and money it is to deal with these people. No one deserves the runaround and disrespect I received. This review is coming straight from a place of protecting fellow customers from such abysmal treatment. I don't take pleasure in leaving negative reviews, but in this case, it's simply a public service after the horrific experience I've had. Consider this company avoided at all costs going forward. To add insult to injury, when I tried to explain the specific issue I had with the website not working, Muneer actually had the nerve to say "Do you have a screenshot of the problem?" As if I'm supposed to know ahead of time that I need to gather proof for his incompetence! It was obvious from his attitude on the call that he had no intention of actually helping me or acknowledging any faults on their end. He was just looking to argue and pass the blame. Well I don't have a screenshot because at the time, I was just trying to book a simple transfer - I didn't know I'd be dealing with such unhelpful, unprofessional buffoons! The fact that their owner tries to cover up problems by demanding evidence, instead of just believing a long-time customer, shows what a dishonest and shady business this is. I clearly wasn't the first person to have issues with their site if his automatic response is to deny anything is wrong. From now on if I have any technical problems, you can be sure I'll be screenshotting everything - not that it would have made a difference with this clown. At least now others will be forewarned to cover their own backs if they make the mistake of using this joke of a company.
Seems that you were not entitled to a service and you wanted to get it by hook or crook and when you didn't get it the blame falls on the company. Hope you get better service service elsewhere

Negative experience: i wish i hade semi star to give, the worst care ever, they make things difficult so that you do not take your right by airport transport. no one answers the phone they put online the mail (infoa@ena) then you discoivers its nothing, the real one for booking its different!!! but its too late dear... they say they work differently in Ramadan, you need to understand that Ramadan means to work more and honestly not having rest and work less.. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!
Fantastic experience: I had 5 airport services through Ena travels . Both Noor and Ali are very co operative and helpful . Drivers are also caring and respectful . Ena travel team , you guys are awesome

Negative experience: I sent an email to them for Bank FAB transfers 48 hours prior arrival. They never processed. Upon follow up, Asif Ahamed replied that they were off for a long weekend even though he had 24 hours to process my request. Asif is totally un professional, rude and not willing to extend any help. Worst experience ever!
It is not 48 hours prior to arrival. Its 48 working hours after they recieve your form.

Negative experience: They don’t answer, I was trying to call the all day, to book for airport transfer as FAB card holder but it is useless . Worst service and I’m wondering how is big bank like FAB is dealing with such company
all transfer bookings are done through Emails. Calls are only for emergency
