Negative experience: i will not recommend there services ,as there time frame for urgent process is also more then a week,they are least bothered to reply you and you have to call and keep on asking,additionally ,just false hopes only and in the end you have to cancel your application and move to other travel agency....less then 1 star

Negative experience: Worst company ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SAFARI TRIP. They tell you just lies, they put you on hold for days, even you insist in calling them. Atfer a few days i managed to cancel the booking and went to a more serios company. They talk to you on what's up, the number given to Yalla Banana site is not good, out of order. They put you too resolve their own issues with the company that sold the trip. IT IS A SCAM

Negative experience: This is scam. Don’t buy anything from them. They will take your money. Only for Cheating purpose they put ads. They are selling buy one get one coupons through sales ladies in the companies also. The number they are giving in the booklet is not a working number. The landline number also showing busy every time. Tell your friends also about this fraud people.

Negative experience: It's totally fake company.. They give me buy one get one free card and they took also 99drs as well. They told me our company give to me free tour for desert sarari and dhow cruise, dubai city tour, hatta wadi etc. But if i am calling them they didn't answer my call. If i am taxt to in what's up they did not reply my messages..

Negative experience: Such a scammers, always telling lies to sell easy and get easy money. No promotions and nothing for free. Specially Yousef however i beleive all of them are the same, it's their policy. Hope no one will be fooled any buy their lies. Should be reported to police

Negative experience: FRAUDULENT. One of their sales executive sold me their membership package. When I'm trying to call the customer service for booking, nobody's receiving or responding. The sales agent who promised me to refund the money if there were any inconvenience is now denying to refund. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Negative experience: the sales executive sold me this offer for two persons when I contacted them on whatsapp to book the tour they told me that I have to pay for the second person. it was a bad experience I don't recommend this for anyone.
