Negative experience: Poor service. Below one star.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever..NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. Drivers and guides are very rude. Talk and behave badly, treat passangers as they are sheep's. NO PROFESSIONALISM, sorry LAMA company, you need to provide a strong training to your illiterate guides and drivers as they come in direct contact with tourists/clients and represents your company. I would give then ZERO rating If would be an option. I live in Canada and visited Dubai, It was my horrible experience that I booked LAMA tourism. The drivers and guides are totally pathetic and illiterate people, no respect towards tourist. Can't explain in words how they made my travel in horrible experience. I am wondering how this company is surviving with these substandard employees. I could'nt remember name of that guide I wish could. If you are a new traveller to Dubai, be careful as LAMA group will make sure to convert your journey in horrible experience.

Negative experience: We visited Dubai on Diwali Vacation with family. Our Tour was booked by Flamingo Travel in India with their Local Dubai Agent Lama tours. As we paid all tour expenses in advance in India with all private tour, but after reaching Dubai their local representative never picked up our phone nor responded us for our difficulties. The same with Flamingo travels in india they also didn't try to solve our problem in dubai as tour was booked with them. We booked tour in private basis for two car in desert safari but they only provided us one car and we had to keep sitting in each others lap as we were 8 in a singe car. They took money for Dhow Cruise in india but after reaching Dubai they didn't made us the trip. I suggest please don't ever book tour with LAMA Tour for Dubai , if you do you will be spoiling your holiday and money.........

Negative experience: Organizers in dhow cruise are uneducated. Rude behaviour. Instead if starting the boat at 8:15 they started at 9:05. Guide speaks very rude and provided the food for us at last. Thinks that we are beggers. It was Dubai otherwise I would have taught him a lesson. Never go with this operator.

Negative experience: Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars, so we have to give one star. We have booked and paid for the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve Safari. First of all the communication and the customer service was really bad. One day before our safari we asked lamatours if we could come to a meeting point by our own car to save time. We did not get any feedback so we have called them in the morning of the safari at 9am. They were not able to send us the GPS-coordinates of the meeting point within seven hours. Instead we received four phone-numbers and made approx. 15 phone calls to receive a two row tour description. It was more or less a coincidence that we have found the meeting point after asking pedestrians. We were asked to come to the meeting point (a parking place) at 4pm, but we had to wait for lamatours for 45 minutes, because their internal communication was bad as well. Then a driver picked us up and brought us to the next meeting point (parking place) where we waited again for 15 minutes for whatever reasons. Next we had a ten minutes drive through the desert with a private SUV including Bollywood-Techno-Music – this was our dune bashing. The camp looked nice and included food & beverages, camel riding, souvenirs and a bad entertainment. We cannot evaluate the BBQ as we were driven back to our car at 7.45pm. We are really really disappointed about our safari, because we have booked a Desert Conservation Reserve Safari, but this had nothing to do with a Conservation Reserve Safari. Instead it was a commercialized safari that does not want to familiarize people with the desert. It was definitiely not worth the money and actually we paid for a safari we did not get. Interesting is also that I asked the driver about the difference between the desert and the desert conservation reserve safari and he told me that they have never done the conservation reserve safari and they only do the „normal“ desert safaris. It is not even allowed to drive through the Desert Conservation Reserve. Our recommendation for everyone who is thinking about doing the safari with lamatours: DO NOT BOOK IT WITH LAMATOURS.

Negative experience: Yesterday I went to Desert Safari with Lama , I hired the exclusive Land Cruiser for AED 900, driver talks too much , limited time for dune bashing , dropped us at camp so early so he could bring more tourist in-spite of the fact that I have paid for , regarding Veg Food is horrible , In the name of Veg they serve Yellow Dal , white rice and Noodle which has no salt and getting smell as well and no taste , Regarding Shisha Initially while booking they will say it is complementary and included in package but it is not ..while reaching to the camp it is chargeable of AED 50 , and when you ask for free they will give you cheap look and rudely told me nothing is free and free shisha will start after dinner , but they didn't start the complimentary shisha. Not recommended to spent too much for this horrible experience better to go with local travel agents with more cheaper price.

Positive experience: Nice tour company in dubai....but there executive Mrs. Rebecca is annoying lady...very rude...

Negative experience: Really bad company ! It's a tourist excursion agency and they can't even speak English! They don't answer emails! They're rude! Don't book with them!

Negative experience: Not a good experience. Vehicle condition was bad.No seat belts in rear seats. Driver no good. Ac was not working.
