Negative experience: Very poor service
Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Flowers Tourism during visa change service. The departure & arrival were right on schedule, just as they promised. Not only they offer the best price in the market, but the service was also exceptional. I highly recommend Flowers Tourism for their punctuality, competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
Negative experience: As we are humans don't learn from others MISTAKE. No one will read this post whole enjoy your trip and hope to have a better experience next time. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TAKE THE SERVICES FROM FLOWER TOURISM TO ENCOUNTER HARDSHIPS, PAIN, STRESS WHICH WILL TEACH A LESSON FOR LIFE. !!!!!! #Biasness only preference given to philipinoes(kabayans). Very poor service. Worst tourism Teamwork and Promise!!! I truly believe attracting customers with huge discounted price have become a trend in dubai by many organisations FLOWER TOURISM are also doing the same giving you the BEST CHEAP PRICES in their service as compared to others BUT the PROMISE you is pathetic when it comes to reality...they say oman visa comes in one week but it takes 9days for them...no doubt customer executives are conveying the information they are doing there part but TEAMWORK is very much necessary.....10.45am we were asked to reach the destination positively but it rained that day, it was sunny later, and became humid in that climate we all passengers around 60 were standing, it was told will leave by 11am....bus sorry carlift left at 12.30 noon... uncomfortable seats horrible and painful journey of 6 hrs...reached at some international hotel which were having worse sickening condition...no electricity, no wifi, staff shortage....drivers who drove are the helpers there...after reaching hotel no quick allocation of rooms it took 1 hour and no one is guiding about where to proceed to settle down very poor hospitality better to shut down the whole hotel, NO PROPER COMMUNICATIONS, Due to unavailability of electricity and wifi 70% passenger went 1km far walking around 8.30pm to get the status of their dubai visa and took print out...after reaching back... No one responsible knows what is the status of our departure time no specific information given to the passengers from 9-10.30pm all passengers standing in lobby waiting for a confirmation....but hotel staffs are unaware....putting us all in jeopardy...above that hotel people are not excepting the print out of visa which we got all in vain which was taken on suggestion of hotel staff they were collecting 1AED for additional print outs they took from all. Passenger. For middle class saving money is a good option but not at the stake of your life. In between drivers are loading extra passengers in b/w the travelling...money was not given to adjust on these whole trip...I suffered severe headache, body pain, backache for the unnecessary adjustment I did. I really tasted the trauma of everything. Please work on the TEAMWORK & PROMISES you make to your passengers.

Negative experience: Very bad costomer service for bus to bus visa change.They just don't receive calls, don't reply. Simply they will confirm booking and take the payment and then then will say no seats available or make any stupid excuses. No co-ordination, no communication, no professionalism. OLIVER (Filipino) and Siddik (Irani), the so called Arbab, who says he is Omani, but he is not. They make people overstay saying no more seats, even when the booking was done 12 days in advance with full payment. They don't even have a proper office, they use the office of QUICK Boarding Travel & Tourism as a front. They are making people fool and eating up their money.
Negative experience: Worst service ever had in my life !! wasting ur money “ I think they should need to check they are service !! Everyone paying money and they don’t even care the temperature it’s more than 40 then they keep waiting people in public parking spot with even allow to sit they are bus
