Negative experience: The WORST TRAVEL AGENT all over the world. They offered a better price for hotel booking. We booked, paid , after we received the booking confirmation. Next day they cancelled the booking in the hotel direct without to inform us. When we went to the hotel, they informed us about the cancellation. We paid again at the hotel because it was late. From that time, starts the hell. Calls after calls and msgs without any response or refund. Nobody was answering, always they were saying that have to inform the supervisor and always excuses just in order to avoid to refund. After 2 months continuing communication and explanations, the same. Nobody inform us about what will be happened. Hotel booking almost 3000 sar. An Indian company based in India, online ,without someone to be able to help you. By purpose, ofcourse because they take the money, and they don’t refund you. Actually they still your money. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN ME AND ANYBODY ELSE I KNOW IN MY LIFE WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Negative experience: This is a scam organization. Please beware. All reviews are consistently same. I wish I read reviews before paying exorbitant price for my husband's Dubai visa. They're quick to charge you money, string you along for 4 weeks and reply you with an email stating visa is rejected without reasons nor explanation. I seriously doubt if it was submitted for processing. They offer no refunds as "this was processed and rejected". Becareful and don't do business with this organization

I wanted to get the Visa as earliest as possible since i had flight with my relative to UAE in 2 days. After reviewing the review of the firm, i was in Dilemma since in there it showed that they are scammers and they will take your money and will vanish. I got scared but the customer service convinced me that all these reviews are paid by their rivals and need not to worry, since i was in hurry i risked it but had a doubt that i would be scammed. But within 24 hours they gave me the visa and i was so relaxed. Kudos to you all, and my apologies to each and every person working there since i pressurized and to be honest poked them a lot, but they were very calm and did their work as it was required. Negative experience: World Worst Trap and Service. They get the money and disappear. I paid money for visa within 12 hours. 12 hours already passed and they even did not apply the visa. I made the bookings and arrangements based on their commitment. Also they don’t work 24/7. They work in office hours. Some remote workers are working 24/7 as chatbot . Never trust them and never take their service. Worst people and worst agency ever.

Fantastic experience: The process of obtaining the visa was easy and straightforward. Though a short wait was required at one point the staff contacted me exactly as promised to finish off the final part of the application. I now have my visa in hand and am looking to head for Dubai.

Negative experience: These guys are scammers beware of them , they will check your flight date and till you that your visa unfortunately wont come out until after your flight and you have to pay express service. The second you pay suddenly your visa is ready and they send it in a minute. And then they will bother you with services that you dont need with much much higher prices than average. On top of that they told me travel insurance I'd mandatory to enter the country and, he will need a PCR test apon arrival even if he is fully vaccinated. Negative experience: Hello everyone, please be careful these guys are scammers because they took 500 USD for only 14 days and they told me the fee is 289 and if you need your visa urgent you have to pay 210 USD more. If needed you will get visa in 1 day but it didn't happen and I got visa after 7 days. So brothers and sisters be careful these people are not human they charge you twice and won't even answer you. I also have proof if anyone want I can send it. Please be careful you can get the visa on 150 uSD for months not for 14 days. I hope you understand what I said Thank you

Positive experience: indeed they are expensive for visa and travel insurance but so far the fastest one to get UAE-Dubai Visa. I have applied many times and so far no any issue. Easy, fast, good response, available to response anytime. Hopefully you could considering about the price then it will be great. I only recommended you using this visa agent if you are in a hurry because they are fast. additional for express service like USD 200. But I will come back to apply visa in this site.

Negative experience: It's a fraud company. It will come right up the top of your google search when you search for "UAE visa online". I lost my money, Beware they will try to milk more money from you saying you will get the visa if you book hotel rooms and travel insurance from them. They will text on Whatsapp and call from +97 mobile numbers asking for Passport pictures for further processing of visa. Please lodge a cyber complaint with you local police, I don't know how far it'll help catching the crooks, but please do report.

I apply online  one request of tourist visa for Cyprus for my aunt.First of all I sent scanned passport and one picture of applicant.Then they requested for money of 198$.Also I sent amount around 10000 indian rupess.Then after few days they requested some documents for visa processing.I clearly told that documents not possible for me to prepare so I want to withdraw my application,they agreed as well.Then I submitted my request for refund.Without any visa process they deducted amount around 6000 rupees.Even before they agreed for full refund.Then one of there staff name Mohit toteja called me personally and request for money.He said he is in critical condition.He request a lot so I agreed with him to pay 400aed,however he requesting 1000 aed,but I don't have that much amount.He promise with me to pay on salary.And now almost two month is going to finish till now I couldn't get my money back.From day one he giving excuses now I'm get tired from him completely .Also he didn't respond my messages.So personally I want you to understand that insta Dubai is totally froude or scam.Dont even think to apply from there agency.

Never will i ever pay 3494$ for a transit visa which is 85$ online. And when you ask them for refund they will make a fool out of and deduct a fee. Negative experience: The worst experience I have come a cross ever, they charged me $300 for a visa to Oman as express one, and because I need it urgent, I agreed, it turned out Oman police would give you 14 days entry free of charge and all I need only 1 day, imagine that, they stole $300 off me, and they are professional liar as they keep telling me that there's no transit visa and you can't get your visa in airport, it turned out all lies. INSTA-DUBAI :- first they will contact you reply you really fast after you pay them a very over-priced amount, then they will process your visa, then they will stop your visa and charge you a really high price for COVID-19 Insurance. they will provide you tracking number and that tracking number will not work, they will not reply you or call you. Please avoid this site at all cost.

Disappointed as I lost out on €160 and was not offered any support. I paid €80 with emirates and got an approved visa with them. I feel like I have been scammed. I do not recommend them.

Positive experience: I applied for visa via their web in May 2022, I needed a visa immediately as my guest was already at check in counter just to find out she needed a visa to transit in Abu Dhabi bcs she had a separate flight booking. After I applied, their staffs from different number are calling and reaching me out on whatsapp, and then I realized that they can’t get the visa done by hours.I then requested for a refund but they said it’s non refundable, however it’s transferable to other service that their company has. All the service they have are mostly in UAE while I don’t have any plans to go there, until yesterday, April 2023 I reached out to them, they still have my details, and they offer me services other than visa (as I already got the visa from Etihad), I checked the price for each tour/service, and I decided to use the money for Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi for my family, they sent me the e-ticket and we used it this yesterday, all went smooth. They are indeed expensive and not able to get the visa done by hours, but in my experience they are reliable, they tried their best to fulfill my request. They even let me redeem the money for the visa that I canceled a year before for other service.

Negative experience: They are very expensive when compared to any travel agent in the market. I was charged a total of 549 QAR for 96 hrs transit visa including insurance. Where as other agents in the markets are charging 330 AED for 30days visa including insurance. Also they do not refund your money. So please be aware before you book your visa.

Negative experience: If you want to pay twice the price of Dubai visa, go with them!! Instead of paying 150 to 170 dollars (including the insurance) by going through a local agency, I paid around 300 dollars with insta Dubai cause after paying around 190 dollars, they asked me for another 100 dollars of insurance claiming that it's mandatory and not included in the first price!! I was shocked to discover that some people who went to Dubai after me, paid only 150 dollars and others only 130 dollars for everything by going through a local agency in my country!! The visa issuing was fast but paying double the price is definitely not a good feeling!!
