Positive experience: Liked the desert safari experience. The shows are wonderful. Food is great. Free camel ride should be improved such that the animals are not hurt. They are made to bend down every 5 mins, which is cruel in my view. If it's not improved, request you not to take the ride even though it's offered for free.

Negative experience: Today We have visited the desert safari 21 July 2023 .They are treated us very rubbish and unprofessional way. They’re forcing us to participate Camel ride and bike ride .please don’t waste your money. Don't choose this worst jannat safari at all. Also the government should not be give any permission to this jannat dessert safari. Its very shame fir whole UAE.

Negative experience: Very dissapointing and very bad experience. They looted the money from me for the turban which i already paid after the program finished. All these guys does not know how to respect and behave to their guest. Please dont choose this travel you will lose all of your good mood. They were fighting with me when we are having food with family. The food alsonot good

Negative experience: Worst desert safari experience in 12 years, started with driver filling the tank, the driver never uses the brakes he was so fast doing tailgate, we beg to go slower because we were with kids and he didn't pay attention, then he took us to a massive buggy rental hyper expensive and not security at all, nobody with helmet in different directions, was very crazy ride, we asked to leave because we didn't want to do that experience and the driver said no because we have to be there atleast 30 min, then he took to the place we supposed to do dune bashing at this moment we need to change the car so the car seats and the driver said no don't take the car seats what for?? We said yes we need to take the care seat for the security of our kids, the seat belf of the cars were not working all, we started the dune bashing and it last 3 mins because there were only 5 cars taking people from. This point to the campament, when we arrived to the campament it was a massive quantity of people already there, we paid for the vip which was in the second floor with nails very sharped and outside the wood also after the table only small path then a big and tall step that a kid can easily fall or even an adult, sand boarding was only one yes free but one sand boarding for 300 person?? Food can you imagine you can have a bad hummus in uae well yes hummus was liquid and bad, so was the chicken that was spicy and salads were Awful as well, all this time we were carrying the car seats because going back was going to be in a different car, to go back we left earlier and beg again drivers to take us back we even have to share one of the cars with other people, by the way we were 8 adults 7 kids in3 different cars and all with the same problem, we supposed hired a private car only for us not sharing This desert safari was a nightmare worst desert safari ever in uae

Negative experience: I called after some friends recommended us their service. Very disappointing they couldn't respect the published offer (with validity up to 7 months more from the date) claiming that they are under new management.

Negative experience: Very poor and bad service i want today 21.07.2021 with family and friends very poor service quality and very bad food bater to waste money in janat tours desert safari you can buy good food in any restaurant in desert sfari they are taking good money but no facility's for siting area and food & and dessert driving which they are calling dune desert driving they are really cheating the people and totally breaking the trust for these kind of services people's and no more like the dubai as tourism place i am not going to recommend this service to any one next time people are fully cheated government should have to take action on over crowding people's and foolish services
