Negative experience: SCAM !!! Beware !!! I won gift vouchers from red lion tourism almost a month ago, the email they have provided for reclaiming my vouchers is invalid , i didn't receive any reply from new email provided, and the person on WhatsApp doesn't respond to my messages and they have kept disappearing messages on. It's a big scam and a waste of time. Don't trust them with anything. Not even your your packages they are a sham !!

Positive experience: Edited: they called me back after my initial review and gave a new email address to claim voucher. I'm updating star rating. I want to share one experience I had with them. Recently they called me that I won a lucky draw which I filled a week ago from a mall. They asked the gift would be some 300 aed discount on flight tickets, 3N4D stay at one of their partner hotels etc. And they handed me a voucher card which I need to use to avail. In the meantime they explained all their travel sales thing which I was not much interested in Here comes the interesting part. The email given in the voucher is invalid. you cannot send any email. Its a scam I'd never trust a tourism company because of what I experienced

Negative experience: A lesson to be shared with others that if you want to see or recieve un-proffessional customer service then please deal with RED LION Tourism as it seems they are into scaming the masses. Please be care full as i am sharing the experince which has occured with my brother upon recieving their services.

Negative experience: It's a fraud company, they sell packages which are a scam. Recently we bought a package for Umrah and they fooled us without answering our emails and phones. All they're gonna do is take your money and disappear. Beaware

Fantastic experience: Best experience with red lion I booked holiday for Georgia and it was one of the my best trip with family . Thank you guys making my Trip memorable.
