Negative experience: Not a proper response from them

Negative experience: So disappointed, my cousin applied family visit visa with you but why her daughter 6 years old visa was rejected? From yesterday still waiting in the Dubai airport to wait her daughter visa to be approve. What's the status now?

Positive experience: Professional tourism , Beverly was super responsive and made all the Visas on time.

Negative experience: These guys are a scam. They advertise sweet deals on groupon but when you call them, they will say it's not available

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing a day tour at Hatta Dam by Gateway Tours, we have a safe trip and accommodating tour guide. Weather is good and relaxing place, for travelers put this on your list

Fantastic experience: Hatta Mountain was amazing. I enjoyed the our walk at the Hill Park. Our tour guide, Haneef, was really kind and waited everyone. I highly recommend this to people who are visiting Dubai for a few days. Thank you again, Gateway Tours!

Negative experience: C’est parce que je ne peux pas mettre zéro étoile !!!! Un attrape touriste ! Une vraie blague !!! Rien à voir avec ce que l’on vous vends !! On vous entasse dans des minibus au point de ramassage Pour ensuite faire plus d’une 1 heure de route pour arriver enfin au 4/4 et au pseudo désert ! 10 minutes seulement de 4/4 pour ensuite vous faire entrer dans un camp qui n’a rien de typique ! Les installations sont vétustes, pas entretenues, hygiène et propreté déplorables ! À votre arrivée vous êtes complètement laissés à l’abandon ! On vous donne une galette à peine garnie et deux boules sucrées puis débrouillez vous ! L’homme avec le faucon est un arnaqueur professionnel ! Il vous pose le faucon sur vous, vous prend en photo avec votre téléphone et ensuite vous dit qu’il faut payer 20 aed sur un ton plus que limite ! C’est d’ailleurs lui qui assure également les pseudo spectacles de danses avec deux autres danseuses. Les boissons gratuites et le repas n’ont rien d’exceptionnelles ! Le buffet est ouvert à peine une heure avant de repartir, ce qui fait que vous devez courir pour vous servir !! Les chichas ne sont gratuites que sur le mini espace où ils les préparent avec un seul goût proposé. Sinon vous devez payer ! 50 aed pour avoir sa chicha à table ! Le personnel est désagréables, ils n’en veulent qu’à votre argent ! Le spectacle est une grosse blague ! Seul le cracheur de feu rattrape notre soirée ! A fuir de toute urgence !!!!!!

Negative experience: Spoke to Mohammed at Gateway who worked out to be a booking agent. We confirmed a trip for 4 for 450AED. The arrangement was for a SUV/4*4 to pick us up from our hotel. They sent a people carrier which was rammed with people. They were going to throw of a lady to ensure we all got a seat. The lady would have been left stranded so we argued for her to be kept on. I called Mohammed later and he made up some BS story about thr 4*4 being sent but breaking down on route. There was supposed to be a a 25 mins dune bashing but they did 10mins. I had to have a 15 minute discussion with the guys act the desert to get to give me the full agreed time. Food is lame but that is expected at these places. The staff were rude to my son who is 8. They treated people like cattle and the queues are long for food. There were long queues for camel rides and you could cut them if you paid 25AED per person. Horse riding is 25 for adults and 10 for kids. There are a lot of booking agents on Groupon that arrange these trips. All of them meet at the same place in the desertdesert for a shared dune bashing experience and entertainment. Bottomline, dont do this with Gateway or Groupon. Go with a private company with a good set of reviews.

Negative experience: it was my 4 th desert safari experience. Gateway desert safari is Simply waste of money, they offered 30 mins dune bashing and it end less than 10 mins. Staff behavior is very rude, shows are real joke same people change their dress many times and come up with same steps :D,only fire show is considerably good, they are serving food as if they are giving to beggars...Dont opt this

Positive experience: We got a good rate for 12 people, we had the two private cars for us. Drivers were experienced and dune bashing experience was awesome!

Negative experience: Not worth experience even if it is cheapest and never opt for dedicated car from them.

Positive experience: Die Fahrt über die Dünen war relativ kurz, der Fahrer gab sich aber trotzdem mühe und bot eine rassante Tour, die Dünenhügel hinauf und hinunter. Dann wurden wir im Safari-Camp abgeladen, dort fehlte dann leider eine Instruktion, wo und was man alles tun kann. Schlussendlich waren dann gegen 30 Toyota Land cruiser vor dem Camp versammelt. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee gab es umsonst, für alle anderen Getränke muss man bezahlen. Nach langem warten gab es dann ein traditionelles Essen und anschliessend fand noch eine Show statt, welche sich in der Attraktion gegen Ende immer etwas steigerte. Wer mit Kinder dort hin geht, sollte noch ein paar Spiele mit nehmen, um sich die Wartezeit zu vertreiben. Dauer der Tour mit Abholung beim Hotel ca.7h

Negative experience: THE WORST EXPERIENCE Their Desert Safari is just a joke, Total waste of money and time, No dune bashing at all, just a transfer from Main road to Atlanta Desert Safari Camp, rude staff will try to bundle you up in cars and then 5 minutes transfer to camp, what they call dune bashing, every thing inside the camp is chargeable sheesha (hubbly bubbly) for AED 50, crazy ques for food, people being treated like cattle, food is rationed just one spoon of biryani which has no mutton just rice, they say they have 7 entertainments, sorry to say its a joke artists look unhappy and entertainment is short and not of a standard. Don't even try it
