Negative experience: Very very rude agent named Wassim. He rebooked our tour because he said it was fully booked. We agreed on the day they offered and in the last minute they will tell us there is no driver available and responded "what to do we are very busy" very lame excuse without suggesting us what to do or apologizing. Not our problem at all, they should have told us before. He even suggested us to refund just because he can't handle the conversation and drop the phone while im still talking. Wassim, you wasted our time and your company should fire you.

Negative experience: Worst Merchant ever. Zero Customer Service and rude beyond anything. The agent i spoke to even encouraged me to cancel my tour. If you see this company as the Merchant is strongly suggest for you not to proceed.

Negative experience: Worst desert safari experience. Avoid these guys for desert safari. Lot of inclusions are not available during our trip. Things like Camel riding, Sand boarding, Arabic coffee, sunset photography was not available. On top of this, our trip was delayed a lot due to multiple car transfers from Quad biking area and desert ride. I was expecting the ride in day light, but our ride was done at night due to delay in transfering us to a different car. No proper communication from the driver during transfers to different car. We had to wait even after everyone left from the desert camp and the driver went without saying anything. We were asked to wait by the camp people and left the place finally. Overall a very bad experience. Book your safari ride with a travel company who offers end to end pickup and drop in same vehicle.

Negative experience: Be careful before booking and check with them for seats they take money and then they will ask you need to sit in open space when confronted them saying we have senior citizens they say you should have ask us before. Their staff is also arrogant.
