Negative experience: Worst experience ever and not professional! They request you to transfer 2000aed upfront for full package US Visa (including application form, Visa fees, appointment, and appointment rescheduling). I transferred the amount to bank account of Hamid Taghavi (CBD bank) and completed application form. It turned out my Visa can be renewed and no interview or appointment were necessary. I asked for a refund as he didn't provide any service, other than merely paying the Visa fees 679aed which I could have done myself, but he didn't respond. Despite numerous efforts to reach out for a refund of the excess amount, he has been completely unresponsive to calls or messages. It's evident that he doesn't have any intention to address his error. So he not only overcharged but also didn't deliver any service and now ignoring my request for refund. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look for a more transparent and customer-focused alternative.
