Personalized Service and Expert Drivers
Al Ghubaiba Tourism LLC has established itself as a trusted partner for travelers seeking a memorable experience in Dubai, largely due to the exceptional quality of its staff. Guests consistently highlight the professionalism, friendliness, and deep local knowledge of their drivers and guides. Travelers frequently mention specific team members like Chandresh Patel, Aarti, Faisal, and Naeem, praising their ability to create a welcoming and personalized atmosphere. Whether it is sharing fascinating insights about the region or simply ensuring comfort, the staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. This human touch transforms a standard tour into a cherished memory, with many reviewers noting that the driver’s personality is often the highlight of the day.
Thrilling Desert Safari Adventures
The agency is particularly renowned for its desert safari excursions, which offer a perfect blend of adrenaline and cultural immersion. Visitors enjoy the exhilarating experience of dune bashing in well-maintained vehicles, such as the Toyota Land Cruiser, which provide both safety and comfort even in the intense heat. The safari is not just about the ride; it culminates in a vibrant evening at the camp. Guests appreciate the inclusion of traditional activities, including camel rides, falconry shows, and belly dancing. The transition from the high-energy desert drive to the relaxing, authentic entertainment provides a well-rounded experience that appeals to families, couples, and solo travelers alike.
High-Quality Camp Experience and Hospitality
One of the standout features of Al Ghubaiba Tourism LLC is the quality of its own private desert camp. Travelers frequently commend the cleanliness of the facilities and the pleasant ambiance that sets the stage for the evening. The hospitality is a major point of praise, with guests noting that the staff takes great care in attending to their needs throughout the event. For those seeking a premium experience, the agency offers VIP options that provide preferred seating and enhanced services, ensuring that every visitor can enjoy the spectacle in comfort. The attention to detail extends to the dining experience, where the buffet dinner is often described as tasty and welcoming, including diverse options that cater to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian choices.
Reliable Logistics and Professional Organization
Behind the scenes, the agency ensures a seamless travel experience through efficient logistical planning. The booking process is described as easy and straightforward, allowing customers to focus on their anticipation rather than administrative details. A key strength cited by many reviewers is the punctuality and reliability of the pickup and drop-off services. Travelers appreciate that the comfortable vehicles arrive on time and that drivers are accommodating to specific requests, such as adjusting the route or providing extra assistance. This level of organization instills confidence and trust, making Al Ghubaiba Tourism LLC a recommended choice for those who value professionalism and a hassle-free vacation in the United Arab Emirates.

Thank you for the amazing experience ! They picked us at our hotel even though we were far from the center and did a lot of efforts so that we could have a good experience !

Fantastic experience: We had booked desert safari through Al Ghubaiba Tourism LLC and had an awesome experience. The person Mr.faisal was great and excellent driving skills. We had a great time in dune bashing, it was red sand. Subsequently,.Al Ghubaiba has there own tents and the arrangements were fantastic. We got preferred seats and the refreshment served were hot and tasty. It was a wonderful experience and shall recommend Al Ghubaiba for desert safari!!! Thanks and regards
Thank you so much. Hope to see you soon:)
Fantastic experience: In a few words as a experienced tour guide my wife and i had a wonderful amazing thrilling day....what a rush. We did the vip tour and it was worth every penny. From pick at the hotel to the end at drop off back Mr Chandresh Patel was a gentleman and amazing tour guide. I'm from Malta and the quads the Land Cruiser are very good condition. I would suggest that when you take an hour quads tour to ask to go out of the park as its amazing to do. The dunes tour was amazing. The end was a beautiful show and wonderful dinner. THANKS FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! .
Thank you so much. Hope to see you soon:)
Positive experience: We went in a group of 2cars, the pick up & drop off service was excellent. The cars very comfortable & cool in the heat. The drivers were very friendly & totally patient! The sand dune bashing & safari experience was exhilarating & totally thrilling! When you get to the camp, there's a free camel ride & alot going on inside. The fresh hot food was very tasty & totally welcoming - even the vegetarian options were very yummy! The show & all the offerings within the camp made for a wonderful experience ! Inside the camp there is alot to experience, but the point to note that there are some of the offerings - which is not included in the package & that you will then need to pay extra for, eg. A VIP seating, extra Mendi patterns & alcohol. What was awesome was that if you experience any hurdles on the camp, you are able to raise it with the management team & immediately you get help & it is resolved. Mr. Chandresh Patel was most accomadating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a memorable & wonderful experience!
Thank you so much:) hope to see you soon again.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful safari with the very friendly Chandresh Patel. This driver is truly a recommendation, great ride and you can share all your questions with him. He takes care of you all day long. You won't miss anything, and the VIP experience is that you are served drinks at the table and have a front-row seat at the shows. A very successful day.

Fantastic experience: We ordered a safari in the desert from them. Everything went wonderfully. At the scheduled time, we were picked up from the hotel in a comfortable car, a Toyota Land Cruiser, the driver was polite and courteous, we had a great time riding in the desert, had dinner, and watched the show program, and at the previously agreed time, we were taken back to the hotel. A special thank you to the driver, Chandresh, for his professionalism; the trip with him was excellent. He is a truly professional driver!

Thank you for your feedback :)
Fantastic experience: Excellent service
Thank you for your feedback :)
Fantastic experience: Very best service rendered in Dubai by Chandresh. Thanks
Thank you so much for the reply :)
Negative experience: The reason for my complain was to notify them and know that we paid a lot of money to be there as well and it ruined part of our night because my son was terrified half of the ride and I had to keep catering to him because he was scared that the speaker would jump scare him.
Fantastic experience: This travel agency is the only way to go.
Thank you for your feedback:)
Negative experience: Very annoying experience. Never book private car pick and drop as they will not drop you till your home, they will drop you till bus or make you wait for hours.
Fantastic experience: Today me and my boy-friend spent a beautiful day in the desert. It has been amazing! I would like to say thank you to our driver Naeem, the best driver we ever met. He is so funny and kind with us. Diletta and Matteo From Italy

Positive experience: With Al Ghubaiba Tourism, Our tour made fantastic. Admin and Operation Staff are well communicated no delays in pick ups. Thank you! My trip went well bcz of your fantastic effort! its a Wowwing
Thank you for your feedback :)
Fantastic experience: I would recommend Ghubaina tours to everyone. They are very professional and make sure all have a great time.
Thank you for your feedback :)
Positive experience: it's nice... thank you for booking me in wonderful places.
Thank you for your feedback:)
Negative experience: Very worst desert safari - Poorly maintained camp - car - tasteless food
Negative experience: The worst Desert Safari experience, Buffet Dinner was a disaster, they where not up to their standards. The time given for the Buffet Dinner was very less compared to any other Desert Safari Companies. Just to hold a Falcon itself they are charging while other companies provide free and are included in the Package. All in all the Trip was a Rush up and not as per the Normal standards. Highly advice not to go for these types of Companies for Desert Safari as there are better ones available.
