Negative experience: I processed my visa with them last month. The processing was actually fast but the problem with them is they didn’t issue the visa right away. They’ve waited until I booked a flight to tell me that we had to settle an exit guarantee fee. I almost didn’t make it to my flight because they won’t send the visa unless we pay 1500 for the exit guarantee. Also this exit guarantee thing was not mentioned before we started the visa application. So we have no idea that we have to pay that amount before they release the e-visa.
