There was some miscommunication/issues at first but then Nehad was on top of it and resolved everything. She was dedicated and focused to provide the best experience. Fantastic experience: Very well organised trip to Thailand during Eid Holidays. Plan is set in advance and someone was onsite to manage everything during all trips and sightseeings. The company management was involved and they were in contact with us during the trip to make sure that the plan is going well during the day.
