Positive experience: I got my Schengen visa in just 5 working day thanks to the assistance of AlCabana travel agency and particularly Mr. Shahid. He started working on my file immediately, and prepared all the documents before the deadline we fixed. He also kept sending me messages and reminders to make sure that I also prepare all the documents that I had to do myself. He was working on my visa application like it was his own. The only negative point would be the travel insurance, they were very honest about it tho, they told me from the beginning that I can do it myself somewhere else if I wanted to, and that their insurance is not refundable even if the visa application is rejected. But I can change the dates for an extra fee if I inform them 4 or 5 days before the insurance starts. I take full responsibility for choosing to do it with them, but I would advice anyone else to do it elsewhere, as of this date, the VFS insurance is refundable in case the visa is rejected, and Allianz is refundable after 10 days (sometimes 14 days) of purchase and you can also change the dates, buy a new one, send them an email and they will refund the first one, even up to one day before the the policy date. Also, it’s only 80 dirhams for 2 weeks in all Schengen countires. Good luck everyone, and always double check all the information on all the documents.

Negative experience: I was a very satisfied client once, that I brought our company business when it comes to visas and flights to this agency. But now I was a disappointed client and very dissatisfied on how they handle their refund request. They promised a refund for a Saudi Visa that they mistakenly typed the passport number wrong, which makes the visa invalid so we need to apply for a new one, they promised a refund since December 2023. But until now nothing. They stopped replying to my messages as well, despite of me kindly and calmly asking for a follow up. Have they’ve been responsive to my messages then maybe I won’t even make this review here. But I just want to create an awareness as well for others. Yes maybe they are okay and good because as I said once I was a satisfied client not until the promised refund and now no one is even bothering answering my messages. Maybe here they will reply and will start contacting me.
