Positive experience: عشان ما اظلم الريال كل شي كان ممتاز من توقيت السفر و التنقل من المطار و الى المطار والفندق اللي اختاره لنا جداً جميل في اسطنبول و طرابزون ولكن في سلبيه وحده اللي هي ما يابو لنا سياره خاصه في الرحلات السياحيه وبالرغم من تاكيدي له اثناء مقابلتي له وكانت التنقلات جماعيه هذا الشي اللي ازعجنا بس ولكن الاسعار كانت مناسبه والتعامل راقي ومافي تاخير في الرد على المكالمات او الرسائل

Negative experience: Everyone has their own experience, so I am sharing my trip conclusion with the company and give a tips to new travelers especially if traveling with families. kindly note that availability of company agent to answer calls only without a solution to the problem. the traveler is the only one have to survive to find a solution to come out of the bad situation there. the agent is good to speaks with many excuses and blames others on phone but always he will say I did my job and I can not do anything for you now. the traveler will come to know everything after the payment is done and went for an adventure holiday, no one cares if your day was good or bad. my advice is ready for the worst scenarios. Please read the trip itinerary carefully for each day and write your requests on it and take the company's signature and stamp on each page of the itinerary. also, take confirmation of your requests and don't believe when they said this is not in our control we can help but a day before the events at this point you gave them a chance to be relaxed to play with you on the trip due to he said early not control plus you did not take it written signed on paper. for more details feel free to contact me anytime from anywhere in the world. “Have a relaxing trip if u arrange it on your own”.
