Fantastic experience: I had heard of them earlier from a friend, and that's how I got to know of their group tours. Booked for Azerbaijan with them, and the entire tour was really well organized. Right from the friendly tour guide to all the families who were traveling along with us, this experience exceeded our expectations. From a week of the trip, they set up a group whatsapp providing all the updates. This is managed by their staff Adil & Clarrisa both were really helpful with the process and the info on the baggage. Tbh, I wasn't expecting much, but I was surprised that the tour was really organized and that each and everyone was taken care of. So whether you are traveling alone or with family, the group tours are a great option. Special thanks to our tour guide, Zhaur who was witty, friendly and shared his insights about the country. Also thanks to the pick up and drop off guy in Dubai ( I can't recall his name) who was very friendly and on time for the pick up service. My only concern was with the hotel which is slightly outside the city but with their tours all scheduled and handled it was fine. If you plan to wander off your own then you can book bolt taxi services. Highly recommend Smash tours for their packages, and I look forward to traveling with them again.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing tour to Azerbaijan, Baku with the Smash team. We spent 3 nights and 4 days together and had a wonderful time. Highlights: - The Smash team took care of all the package details(Thanks to Mr. Adil), leaving us only responsible for our daily food and shopping expenses. - Our tour guide(Mr.Zak) was superb, respectful, and considerate of each person's mindset. He had great knowledge of the historical places and provided brief overviews of each site. - Transportation was well managed, including pick-up and drop-off, which were part of the package. - The room accommodations were good, and they were flexible in adjusting rooms if needed. Suggestions: - If possible, consider other airlines besides Wiz Air that offer competitive rates. - Provide a brief description of luggage options beyond the free baggage allowance to avoid last-minute confusion. - Avoid accommodating more than 40 people in a group travel batch, as this seems to be the maximum comfortable limit. Overall, I highly recommend traveling with "SMASH," whether you're alone or with family, as they will take care of all your needs. Once again, thank you for the sweet memories.

Fantastic experience: Three cheers to Smash Tours and Travels for their affordable tour package for Eid Al Adha Holidays 2024. Excellent customer service by Ms.Clarisse, our point of contact from the start till end of the journey. Her organisational and attention to details skills are highly admired. The well-crafted tour itinerary ensured that we make the most of our time in Baku was very well executed too except for the reason that we travellers were running behind the schedule at some locations which the guides managed well. We had amazing 3 days with Zaur alias Zac, a very passionate guide, who proved to have a very in-depth knowledge of all the places visited, put people at ease with his charming personality, succeeded in creating a wonderful group atmosphere. 4th day guide Firosa new to her field was also very good, who took all sincere efforts to keep us engaged after hotel checked out till the airport. The bus where we spent most of our time in Baku was comfortable and the expert driver (forgot the name) punctuality as his hallmark, demonstrated excellent technical and safety skills. The guides took all efforts to provide us wide range of dining experience by taking us to various restaurants offering Indian, Azerbaijani, Turkish cuisines. The hotel stay and breakfast was good too. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room and supplies were topped up every day. Not to forget to mention the new friendship we made which will always be cherished. It was like we were having a tour with our extended family.
