Positive experience: Overall coordination by Thanu was excellent. Cab/bus services were also excellent. Too much time spent at Gold Souq during city tour. Timing for Burj Khalifa should be in the afternoon and for cruise, it should be from 07:00 pm, else it was very hectic and tiring. Delux room in the hotel was initially promised but standard room was provided. Airlines should have been Emirates/Vistara /Air India. Spicejet is the worst

Positive experience: Recently Miss Thanu organized the dubai trip for us. It was a very pleasant experience and everything was well organized in terms of pick up and drop off, hotels, booking arrangements for tourist destinations etc. Only one regret we had about the food. 3 out of 4 dinners organized were thali based that made it monotonous and less enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Our experience with ME tourism was amazing overall, honestly there were few ups and downs and communication gaps initially but I was surprised how well they copied up later on to make our trip worthwhile. Would like to mention the cancellation of one item in our initial itinerary due to some operational issues but Thanu from ME made sure that on our last day of trip the place was covered without any extra charge. Overall really liked the commitment Ms Thanu had and the effort she had placed .
