Negative experience: To Mrs. Ethel Rea Baran Batoto I wanted to complain you because of my bad experience! you are not a good agent your so selfish, not approachable ,not good service to the client very bad person. I’m so very very bad experience in this travel agency the( Al Ebdaa Travels & Tourism) I started to communicate to you with a pleasing a good communication with chat conversation in whatsapp. I start on Monday (06 November)to booking my ticket because I need to exit on November 11 for 1 month visa (November 07) Tuesday you send the schedule I agree the time, when I send it to you my payment by AlAnsari direct to your bank account November 08 Wednesday, after I send the payment I received wrong ticket and time I’m shuck because this not a time that I agree to you. Your so lier person you told me the first booking November 07 Tuesday cancel from your manager. Ok I accepted. I reply to you again for the last chance to be patient to you. You made again for booking on Wednesday I agree the time again, then Thursday you not send the ticket that I agree the time. Till Friday I’m waiting for the ticket, as you said just I wait for the update. Friday morning I’m the one to send you messages I’m asking for the ticket u not send, that means you are not booking. Friday night you call me and u told me I exit Saturday November 11 this the date expired my visa. Saturday morning I exit from Dubai to Kuwait 1pm to 6pm I agree this time because I don’t have choice, You told me my visa is within this day I received. Many times I asking u if my visa I received the same day because weekend and we don’t have office (MOHRE). U said YES, so I believe to you, The time I exit 6:10pm i arrivals in Dubai my visa still not yet approved I call u and u said just wait because have a problem. Do u think I believe to you your so lier person u know already 2,3 days approved the visa from immigration why u booking so late at weekend. You know I suffer my experience in immigration 3days I’m there from Saturday November 11 to Monday November 13 My visa not yet approved I’m feel so bad, crying thinking why you doing to me this bad experience, you know inside the immigration I can’t sleep in the chair , I can’t eat because I don’t have enough money some person giving to me water and sandwich. Your so bad still I’m so much crying this bad experience. You know in the whole day what I’m doing there waiting for the visa when they approved we don’t idea even the time or date when they approved. Monday my visa approved already and I’m so thankful to (Allah)to help me to heard my pray. And now I’m not believe anymore this travel agency specially the agents for this travel so many travel agency I inquired but I choose this but bad person doing to me like this experience. From now on I want to say to you God knows everything (Allah Kareem.) What you doing to me bad. You more than experience this, what i experience. Thank you for your bad service..

One government employee gave me their contact, that's why I trusted them straight away and after seeing their work and behaviour, I can say that they are really trustworthy people. Especially brother Ali who has done an amazing good job when we had only 1 day left before the visa end (renewal). Better to make it 5 days prior to the end as they adviced us.
