Negative experience: ‏we applied for 4 visas to uae 1 got rejected and 2 had name mismatch almost missed their flights rejected visa application was full of mistakes name / education/profession/ religion although all these data are clear in the passport and because their agent assured to us that the visas will be ready in two or three days we made all the reservations and booked the flights all non refundable to be shocked before the flight by 5 hours that a visa was rejected after complaining they made someone call me and they had the audacity to lie about the reason of rejection saying all these mistakes weren't the reason that the visa was rejected and trying to blame me for their carelessness saying there is another active application that caused the problem and i applied with someone else which an illogical strange excuse forgetting the mistakes they have done in three out of four applications and speaking as if i haven’t seen the abominations one of their skilled agents have done in one of these applications and they sent me a screenshot from their system , the funny thing that the active application that allegedly caused the problem had their sponsor name just more lies to cover up their failures . after lots of promises to solve the problem no one from this outrageous company would reply anymore ,I haven’t reached anything talking to them just more wasted time to be added to the damage they have done i am writing this review after giving them more than two months to rectify the situation but sadly i was wrong just ended with lost money and ruined vacation because of this sad excuse for a company

Negative experience: Very bad experience, they issued the tourist visa with a wrong name on it for my brother! The sales person just called several times spreading lies and fake promises! Edit: it seems there is a serious problem with the language! I already got approved and you guys issued the visa but with the wring name! You even don’t know your customers!

Negative experience: Edit: I tried to resolve the issue with you for over than 2 weeks and you were manipulating me and trying to get more money from me. It would have been better if you resolved my problem when it arised!

Negative experience: Tried to book a trip to the maldives with these guys... total waste of my time... they require ur nationality to provide you with resort options! Do better!

Negative experience: I did issued many visas for my families with the office over 6 months and there prices were great and were very professional until they issued a visa with a wrong name and I lost the full price of the flight ticket. I was really upset so another agent called me for an intent to resolve the issue and promised me to resolve the name problem within an hour and he told me he will take care of the ticket and it was only promises! He took the whole day to resolve the name on the visa then the ticket promise disappeared. I was even more disappointed by the fake words and promises.

Negative experience: They are very nice and gentle, but telling lies to grap more money from you and the end not doing it! They used to be good but they are getting from bad to worse. Edit: I have complained to them and they gave me a lot of promises and nothing happened! They kept saying to me we will do so and so and so, we will give you a call and at the end nothing!! They took your money then nothing!

All the team was very professional and experienced, they arranged my trips to Warner bros, Seaworld, IMG including transportation. Everything was perfect.
