Negative experience: One of the worst experience I had with my visa renewal would be this. It's the second time I am renewing my visa and never had any issues. But this time I applied with one of my roommate before the Eid holidays and we got it 14 one day prior to the holidays to make it simple. We reached border and informed them regarding the exit. But by 4 in the evening it was informed that my visa got rejected, when asked for reason they said it was immigration issues and I had to pay an addition on 450 in order to renew my visa. It was a four day holiday infornt of us, that made the fear to pay the fee as soon as possible. And they never informed us regarding this issues in advance but informed it during a chat that this happend 4 days back also and helped them.

Negative experience: I Just visited AL NAHDA, NESTO, your Kisok today on 9/May/2024 evening around 3:30pm. Your so called Kerala Staff he was so busy in call and did not pay any attention towards me just bcoz i was not from Kerala. Ok he was busy the other guy could have helped me..! But even he did even looked at me no smile nothing. But at that same time when a kerala customer came he kept his mobile down & gave him the best of customer service. I mean how Shameful and Racist you people are..!! Really disgusting..!! I left & came second time again bcoz i really wanted to book anyway..but when i saw the same thing i gave up..!
