They have you sign an agreement that includes a cancellation policy of four calendar days. However, if you cancel within this time frame, they refuse to refund your money, citing that it's non-refundable. This scheme is a well-planned attempt to steal money, operating through fake websites and possibly using locations like the 39th floor of the Hilton Hotel. Be cautious, especially if you're arriving from Dubai airport, as scammers may be targeting travelers. Don't risk losing thousands of dollars to this scam.

The concierge team are really good. We have booked our first holiday as a Member with Hilton al Habtoor last year and are really excited to visit again. Farouk has been managing my bookings for myself and my family & friends. He has provided excellent customer service, he is friendly alway there to help. Overall the LLVC team are very helpful and happy to assist you.

Fantastic experience: I have been lifestyle luxury vacation club members since 2022. Me and my husband booked our first holiday for November 2023 at the Hilton Al Habtoor hotel since we became members. My booking was managed by Farouk he has been so helpful and made my booking easy and kept me update with the process, he is very friendly with excellent customer service and always available to help you with bookings, queries, absolutely amazing person. We had a lovely experience thank you to Llvc team who made our stay very comfortable. Everything has been amazing and Llvc made sure everything was perfect for us during our stay.

Positive experience: I spoke to Mohamed who was very helpful, despite being network issues he still persisted calling us until we were able to hear eachother, he answered all the questions I had. I am very satisfied with his customer service.

Negative experience: recently landed in Dubai for a four-day trip and met a man at the airport who claimed to be from Hilton. He offered enticing deals for my next visit to Dubai, including a fantastic boat trip. The next day, a taxi was sent for my family and me, and we were treated to complimentary food. A sales representative then met with us and was incredibly persuasive. Despite my initial hesitation to buy a $20,000 package for 25 years, after much negotiation with the sales representative, his manager, and his director, they offered us a smaller, customized package for around $3,000 with a $600 down payment. My family was thrilled, and we were already excitedly planning our next holiday. It seemed amazing to stay in a 5-star hotel for just $100 a night for the next 25 years. After signing the agreement, they gave us t-shirts and tickets for a free boat trip. We were happy and looking forward to our next vacation. However, I later discovered through a Google search that this was a scam. It was too late by then. They had mentioned something about RCI, which costs only $150 for four years. The sales team was very skilled at what they do. I asked for a cancellation, but they refused, never mentioning the possibility during our three-hour discussion. They are adept at assessing how much people can pay. While my financial damage was less than it could have been, it was still a significant lesson learned. My advice is to steer clear of these offers. People from Western countries often lack the resources and time to fight these schemes, and even if they try, it's an uphill battle. The fact that these operations have a stand at Dubai airport and an office on the 39th floor of Hilton, owned by Habtoor, suggests that Hilton may be complicit.

Negative experience: For those of you who try to join the lifestyle luxury vacation club, be careful for their hungry and shark sales person and their sales strategy. Do not make a decision right away. Mine was not pleasant. They pick me up from Airport for tour what they said was only from an hour to ninety minutes. It turns to be five hours. I was promised to a lot of stuff and I put a down payment over $2000 us d. The sales person told me that if I cancel the contract within four days the only money I will be charged will be 20% of the down payment and the rest will be returned to me. For couple of days I was on vacation with my family and on the third day I start reading their reviews and talking to people who know this company and it wasn't what I expecting. The same day I called the company and ask them that I would like to cancel my contract. The person who talk to me was saying that I would lose all the money I put down and more. I explain to him that that was not what I have been told three days ago. After couple hours a lady called me with the same answer. They ruin my vacation. After I came back to the state I explain what happen to my credit card company and thank God after few weeks of back and fourth, they help me to return my money what they tried to keep it. First of all I am happy that I got my hardest earn money back. Most of all I live in the land of the law where no one can take advantage of you. Lastly for those sales person including my fellow man, don't try to rip of people. The money you take from people will rip you apart. Earn money the right way. Thank you

Negative experience: FRAUD AND SCAM ALERT!!!! I cancelled my subscription which they acknowledged and a cancellation policy was created which both parties agreed to. I am still waiting for my refund. It has been almost 9 month and the Company keep giving false promises to delay the refund payment. For the last 9 weeks, they have refused to reply to any of my emails and calls. Please be alert and avoid them and they just want to trap foreign tourists

Positive experience: We have enjoyed our experience with LLVC. The hotels' ambience, the foods, the activities they offer have all been superb. We have enjoyed VIP treatment being driven to various locations in luxury cars and having access to concierge to help with any need we have. I would recommend joining the club. The only disadvantage is when I am back in my country there is a large time difference so sometimes it is hard getting a hold of them when you need something resolved but they try to get back to you soon as they can.

Negative experience: I have a very strong complaint against this company. I created a membership one year ago and cancelled it the day after because of the dishonesty that was pitched to me from multiple salespeople. I paid the cancellation fee, and I am waiting for the remaining balance of $5400. It has been long enough that we have requested multiple updates on this this refund process and have gotten no response in return. This money was promised to return back to us over a year ago. I have still not gotten anything back. Therefore, this is an outrageously terrible reflection on their service and integrity of this company. It is immensely unacceptable for a company to be scamming people out of their money and trying to cover it up as this company has done.

Positive experience: Having a nice stay at hilton al habtoor. Sihem took well care of me. She always answer my emails and is very nice. The concierge personnel are amazing and sweet even the drivers. Having the affiliation lets you enjoy the best restaurants with the best meals. I recommend the dubai hotels.

They provide space these scammers „Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club“ who stalk you, threaten and punish you to sign a contract for a vacation club membership for over 40 thousand dollars!!!! Don’t give anyone your phone number and don’t believe their lies! They will pursue you with a „gift“, a special dinner or activity. Don’t do it! They will make you so hungry so your brain cells won’t work properly in order for you to sign the contract. They are super manipulative and smart! They will have you talk to someone from your ethnicity and even play a ticking clock Music in the background. It’s crazy!

Negative experience: SCAMMERS - DONT FALL IN THEIR TRAP. Luckily i cancelled my subscription within 3 days. They acknowledged my cancellation and a cancellation policy was created and both parties signed. It is now 8 months im still waiting for my refund to clear. Everytime i emailed they kept giving me false excuses that its with the bank and on their payment run, but now its 2 months after several emails and phone calls they have just blanked me out. No matter how exciting these things sound, the professionalism is not there to back it up. They just want to trap you in their contract, by then you have invested in thousands and you have no chance to recover your money but to falsly encourage yourself that everything is okay.

Negative experience: At first, drawn in by the travel agency’s aggressive marketing tactics at Dubai Airport, including tempting gifts and somewhat deceptive promises (partial and misleading information shared), our perception shifted upon arrival at the Hilton in Dubai. Here, Nourhene and Patrick's professionalism and trustworthiness turned our initial deception of falling into a trap into a positive experience. Not only did they provide valuable insights into investment opportunities, but they also restored our confidence in the travel agency, emphasizing credibility and reliability.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place—it's a scam. We visited hoping to see the Hilton hotel amenities, but it was a disappointment. We wasted three hours of our time for a sandwich and a small salad, only to be pitched a timeshare scheme with misleading information and exorbitant prices. This wasn’t advertised as a sales presentation for a vacation club; rather, it was promoted as a hotel promotion with a VIP lunch.

Negative experience: YOU WILL REGRET SIGNING UP. I don’t even know where to start with this company. I don’t know how they have gotten away with their scam for so long. I was in Dubai back in 2020 and my friend must have met one of their salespeople and we got invited to come look around and hear there pitch. But in actual fact they completely deceived us on what the package included. They got our money and we went to try use the new benefit instantly which lead us to finding out what we had just been sold wasn’t actually what we thought it was. So this lead to conversations but they just kept brushing it off. Asking us to come back while they look into it. (They obviously never did). We then insisted another meeting and said that we want a refund as this is one big con. They said what they could do was out it up for their resale plan and as soon as it gets sold on to someone who wants the package we’d be reimbursed our money. Which is awful in itself. We never heard anything back. Emails are ignored I may get one response every 3 months and it’s something to prolong it further. My Friend who brought the package with me (half and half) got his money back in 2022 after starting a group exposing this company and they paid him off to keep him silent. He was just happy to get his money back as he was trying to get a mortgage. This just shows the lack of integrity but also the full awareness that they know what they’re doing is wrong. Disgustingly immoral.

Negative experience: Absolutely shambolic and a complete waste of time. Avoid them when they talk to you at Dubai airport offering you free lunch at the Hilton hotel and other offers. They will speak to you for over 2 hours and then offer you sandwiches. This was my experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they then offered lunch for 2 adults only. I was travelling with 3 kids. This is not a reflection on any worker there in particular, just think they need to be transparent right from the airport that you will have to listen to them for at least 90 minutes as they present their offer and then after that they will give you sandwiches for lunch. Not worth it for me though. I would have been better off eating my airport hotel's buffet lunch and going for their free tour of Dubai city. To be very clear, the salesperson at the airport did not give any indication that we were to attend a presentation in exchange for lunch. I would not have attended if that was mentioned. And you seriously can't be offering sandwiches in exchange for over 2 hours of my time. Also, it was after I had complained that we were offered lunch for only 2 adults, neglecting the fact that I was travelling with 3 children. Seriously guys, stay away from these scammers, do not sign up with them. Read the reviews of others who have signed up and you will see what I mean.

Negative experience: They tried to scam us 2 years ago but they didn't manage. Look at the reviews people, all the 5 starts reviews are fake, 80% of them are made by people with just 1 review on Google. Almost all of them talk of a wonderful experience at the sale presentation, there's no going further. They will answer the 1 starts reviews saying that they have no records of you in their database, trying to make you look like you are posting a fake one. Read all the reviews please and cancel straight away your appointment, you won't regret

Fantastic experience: great service! thanks to lifestyle luxury vacation club for giving us what we need. We stayed at Habtoor Palace, one of the best hotels in Dubai. Such a luxurious place. The staff are very accommodating as well. And we had the chance to watch La Perle Show. My family and I really had a great time!
