Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed this trip… Mr. Shafiq arrived on time for pickup from the location. Staff prepared the documents for immigration and great work done with in limited time. (who are planning this trip, please plan three days earlier for the necessary documentation ) Haffah beach point is great for relaxing and enjoying the speedboat ride, banana boat ride, swimming (6feet deep area their drops), snorkelling, swimming and then followed by lunch… Limestone white cave is too good and the boat will stop for 20 min like that to capture scenarios… Then after stopped in one more location for fishing and they given tool for every person… but we got only two small fish for the whole team… Arrived to port location and return by bus to drop point… A different experience mountain touching with clear water… Good support, nice food and ambiance and great service!!!!

Negative experience: This review is not regarding desert safari, but regarding the booking I tried to make for Stretch Limousine with JTR holidays. On Oct 01 2022, I started having a discussion with them at around 6:45 pm and it ended up at around 11:15 pm. After having all the discussion and after confirming regarding the limousine, I went for sleep. In the morning, myself and my family got ready and we’re waiting in the hotel reception since 9:50 am (expecting that the limousine will arrive at 10 am). Then I got doubt and when I started to discuss again, another person was chatting with me and was asking for the booking reference number. Also mentioned that the booking has to be done online and the payment has to be made prior to the trip. Unfortunately nothing was told to me during the previous day’s discussion. If they have some specific method of booking, it need to be explained clearly to the customer and make sure that things go well. Simply one person confirmed the trip previous night and the other one says in the next day morning that there is no booking under my name. Our program and the entire day got totally spoiled that day because of them. I would never ever recommend them. This is the response for your reply: "We receive hundreds of inquiries on a daily basis and it is important for our guests to understand that a booking is only confirmed when they receive a confirmation voucher or reference number. Additionally, without payment, no booking can be confirmed". How do I know about your booking method/policy? Am I your business partner or am I booking on a regular basis with your tours? I will come to know only if your team member explain me "properly". These things should be clarified/explained clearly by your staff. Check the WhatsApp chat and you can clearly understand regarding what had happened. You may receive thousands of queries also. But that doesn't matter. If we promise/agree something to a customer, it should be done as promised. Else, it should not be promised and things should be explained clearly as mentioned in your reply. Sorry. I missed your response. that's why when I see it now, I thought of responding.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed every activity we had, and the people on the cruise were nice especially the captains (there are two crews one captain and one assistant to the captain if I was not mistaken that there are only 2 crews). Our bus driver is also nice. There is 1 crew who's always giving Filipinos priority, they send us upstairs where the view is nicer, and they gave us the more extreme speed boat and banana boat riding. They even called us for lunch first. They took good care of us. Thank you to all the crews on the ship and the bus driver for the very memorable experience we had.

I was in contact with Zohaib, who helped me create an itinerary with my toddler in mind, ensuring our days were easy and not overly hectic. What went well: I discovered the best prices for Abu Dhabi accommodations and theme parks through them. The airport pickup went smoothly with a clean and well-maintained car. Zohaib provided me with valuable information to prepare for my trip. They were accommodating with partial bookings, which was greatly appreciated. While I had an initially disappointing experience with the Desert Safari I booked through them, they promptly addressed my feedback, investigated the matter with the provider, and refunded a portion of the amount. Areas for improvement: The process of receiving the itinerary and bookings was somewhat slow, requiring follow-ups on my part. In some cases. I found better prices for certain properties when booking directly with the hotel, potentially due to my partial bookings rather than taking an entire package. I also found better prices with local taxis compared to booking transportation through them, possibly for the same reason mentioned above. Overall, I was pleased with the overall experience and would recommend their services to friends and family."

Fantastic experience: An excellent tour. Exciting sandboarding and dune bashing, and dune bashing can be done without getting car sick, take your meds and have a smooth driver like Ahmed! The dance performances were entertaining and different for us so we appreciated seeing them. The dinner was filling, there were various salads, rice, fruit, kebabs and flatbreads and pasta. Ahmed was an attentive, polite and professional guide and driver. I would recommend this tour company.

You can enjoy water activities as d beach and water r pretty good . They offer u snorkeling.. But its funny toy for snorkeling without oxygen and u can snorkel some 30 cm from d water top. And plz keep some food with u if u want to keep ur day alive as d food they serve in it was just below d standards of a Pakistani kitchen in an industrial Area . U can't eat any of d item with a taste but u wil hav to eat some from it just d sake of ur rest of d day . I wud hav taken my own food if we were aware about tis. I don't think tis food wud cost 10 AED for them . And they cud hav increased d ticket rate 10 or 20 aed higher and provide a better food as all were really hungry after d water activities and early departure from home.

Negative experience: My Musandam trip with JTR holidays was not satisfactory. The Cruise did not notified us about the snorkeling and there was no cave visit and there is only 1 kayak for 30+ people. Don't expect anything in the itinerary.

Negative experience: Booked with JTR holidays for Fujairah snorkeling experience. They gave us the wrong location AND time. Thankfully the guys at Nemo diving center were very helpful, I would recommend to book with them directly and steer clear of JTR holiday company.

Negative experience: Despite of the many good revieuws we had a very bad experience with JTR. Hotel they booked for us was a complete disaster. JTR made like it was our rsponsibility and fault. They washed their hands clean and left us in this filhty 4* hotel. No service hotel. If you allready paid, they will not help you any futher. JtR is a money driven company. Collect and goodby.

Sabir was excellent tour guide patiently answering to many our questions, he was a great host,! Trip as such was great organized, all was as agreed! Camp was not crowded and the performers were stuning! We got amazing pictures at the sunset in the dessert and also at camel riding. Very proffesional team! Continue like that and great thanks to Sabir for unforgatable experience!

Positive experience: Booked a helicopter ride. Payment was made and I received a reference number. Then a few hours later I get a message that the first available date is in 6 weeks time. As we are leaving UAE in 2 days time I naturally advise them to cancel my booking. They oblige with a 3.8% charge. I argue and suggest it’s theft. They respond that it’s clearly shown that you must check availability first. I figure that once you put in the dates it would tell you whether it’s available or not but at very least not accept payment if they can’t provide the service. Not at all happy. An update is that they found a booking space for some of us and have refunded the balance without the charge.

Fantastic experience: Thank you JTR. I have never done booking with a travel agency before despite being a frequent traveller. This was my first time and I just happened to see the sponsored ad on Facebook and went through the booking arrangement. I was a bit sceptic and cautious considering many fake agents out there. We managed to get all the formalities through the agent and my family travelled to Dubai for the 2022 Christmas and New Year 2023 Holidays, It was quite an enjoyable experience and JTR made it all smoothly from hotel choices, airport pick up and the whole up to the minute detailed itinerary, complete with personal and shared transportation whenever necessary I would recommend anyone to use the services and I will use their services for other travels apart form Dubai

Negative experience: Really had a worst experience with JTR holidays. We booked one day Musandam trip but it was not what they mentioned in their website. Unstructured , no briefing was their just unplanned trip it was. Single kayaking boat was available for 32 passengers. There was no cave exploring, no dolphin viewing, no snorkeling and just one banana boat activity Please don’t believe what they put in their website Food was not Upto mark it was mentioned tea and light snacks in the evening I think they were so busy to return us back home Fully disappointed I will never book with JTR company

Negative experience: An offer was purchased with them and tickets received, in which it is written that meals will be provided with the offer and after the purchase, the resort inform us that the offer is backdated and no more available and cannot be used. when we communicating with the company there was unprofessional treatment by the general manager and the owner of the company himself (as he introduced himself) he just ask us to deal with resort directly.

Negative experience: This is a joint review of JTR Holidays (Jokers Travel Holidays) and Sindbad Gulf Balloons - enjoy 1. You book a balloon ride 2. You get a phone call a few hours later from Jokers TR saying “sorry we don’t actually have any availability for the balloon ride that you just booked and paid for online”… 3. So you ask for a refund 4. But they want your money so suddenly you hear that actually, there is availability!! Hooray!!!! You then ask the Jokers if they’re *absolutely* sure, because if not, there is still enough time to book a balloon ride elsewhere before the end of your holiday, but they reassure you that it's ok, there is availability! Result. 5. At 9:30pm the night before the 5:45am ride, you finally receive details of the pick-up location and time….. Ok. 6. But then, just for laughs, your balloon ride is cancelled 90 minutes later at 11pm(!!), the night before the 05:45am trip start, which is actually on your last day in the UAE. It’s cancelled for "technical safety reasons" of course, no further explanation provided. Nothing to do with being *unprofessional disorganised money grabbing Jokers* not giving a toss about customers and their holiday plans or wishes. No absolutely nothing to do with any of that of course! It's due to “technical safety reasons”. The trouble is, when it’s your last day of your holiday and they cancel the ride at 11pm (whilst you’re sleeping, preparing for the early start) there is no time to rebook a ride with another - reliable - provider. But don’t worry, you can just laugh it off, because it’s all one big joke, right? Ha ha!!!! ------------------ Addendum: When you contact Sindbad Gulf Balloons the next morning to make a complaint (whilst you're supposed to be having the ride) you're told by Gouda at Sindbad that the reason for cancellation was in fact because of Corona virus among the staff: "we lost business of 86 customers" he says….. Ok I thought, let's check how busy they are at the moment - and Google showed that they are in fact "As busy as it gets"!!!! (see photo) So when I send the Google screenshot to Gouda and ask him why they are so busy even though he has sent all his staff home(?), he pretends to not understand my question... and suddenly 15 minutes later the business is somehow "Less busy than usual" with the Google attendance chart level right down at zero!!!! (see second photo). It's a miracle!! Or - is it because these people are *unprofessional disorganised money grabbing liars*?? **AVOID**

Fantastic experience: Booking your tour with JTR Holidays is the most hassle free process EVER they have a very user friendly website and an extremely professional and helpful backend team ready to assist you if additional support is needed! 10/10 highly recommend for their amazing deals and exceptional customer service

Negative experience: Need clear communication and a helpful nature. We had a limo ride, which was lovely. Arrived on time and had planned the route. However, didn't know where to drop us for the Dhow cruise...which was also booked with JTR. Obv, outsourced! The Dhow cruise had the booking for a different date. When JTR sent the invoice they could have released that the date was different, but I was booking one to back to other. Dhow cruise was so disorganized. like feeding time at the zoo. such a shame as the Marina had a great view and was lovely night. Wont be booking again with JTR!

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the customer care service. The bookings were very smooth and done within minutes. Even a refund to one of our bookings which we couldn't do was handled very smoothly . They gave us excellent rates compared to other sites and really appreciate that.
