Negative experience: Its really very poor and cheap service transport is so much bad and staf behavior is very unethical its never follow the namaz time and air-conditioning is not working travel guide is also very miss committed and never follow or plan tavel with azim khan travel and typing center.

I think you got the best hotel as per your pkg-the staff’s you are talking about tell me about anyone who misbehave with you-the bus from madinah to UAE we arranged from outside company cos our own bus got fault on the way—and AC complaint i didn’t hear from anyone—but dueto high temperature nowadays—all the AC is not working properly—you can give me a miss-call to call you back and got ur complaint —call 0553355171

Negative experience: للاسف كان اول تجربة لي معهم،، بناء على تعليقات الناس،، لكن للاسف حجزت معهم عمره وذهاب للمدينة ومكة،، للاسف تم الحجز بفنادق لاتنفع للبشر،، حشرات وبق وصراصير داخل الثلاجة والخزانه،، اخبرناهم واتصلنافيهم قالوا لنا مافي من هذا الكلام، وصاروا يقولوا ارسلوا لنا صور،، ا يلنا فيديوهات للصراصير والجراد وكل شي بالغرفه ولم ينقلونا على فندق اخر ولم يتصرفوا اي شي،، فقط قالوا لنا انهم اخبروا عمال التنظيف لكي ينظفوا،، و جاءوا عمال التنظيف وقاموا بالشطف فقط،، فهل الشطف يميت الصراصير التي بداخل الخشب داخل الكبت!!!! هل الشطف يميت الجراد!!!!! وحجتهم قالوا انهم ارسلوا لنا عمال النظافه'' تم التواصل مع هيئة السياحة،، ونتفاجأ ان الفندق غير مرخص وغير مسموح ان يستقبل بشر،، وابلغنا المكتب،، فقال الاستاذ اللي بالمكتب، : سكروا عالموضَوع،، وانتي رايحة عمره وراجعة،، هل يعقل ان الواحد ينام بمكان به بق حشرات وصراصير؟؟؟ تجربة سيئة للغاية
