Fantastic experience: I booked a flight through fly to fly agency to Armenia, and everything was perfect and smooth. Ahmad Salah made sure that everything was organized. He booked for us the best hotel and trips with the best trip agencies. This guy deserves a raise!

Negative experience: Very bad No knowledge of travel documents and visa validity; made profit over customer loss and never bather to pick up a phone and always hiding on WhatsApp and you can’t find a contact on landline or phone number to answer. Poor experience

Fantastic experience: لقد حجزت مؤخرًا رحلة عبرهم واستمتعت بتجربة رائعة تمامًا من البداية إلى النهاية. كان الفريق واسع المعرفة وساعد في تصميم خط سير الرحلة المثالي ليناسب اهتماماتي وميزانيتي. لقد تم تنسيق كل جانب من جوانب الرحلة، بدءًا من الرحلات الجوية وحتى الإقامة والأنشطة، بشكل مثالي. . أوصي بشدة لأي شخص يتطلع إلى التخطيط لقضاء إجازة.

Fantastic experience: Amr Mohsin was very helpful in making our Travel Package to Russia.. Although the travel to Russia has become difficult, he made it so easy to plan so smoothly and arrange with the hotels with great locations in the downtown and red square. Very Polite Guy! I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: I need to write this long review, as I need to explain my whole bad experience with this company. I had a very bad experience with this company. The worst trip I ever had in my whole life was arranged by this company. I requested a VIP trip with all 5 star services and hotels, I paid around AED 6k extra, but unfortunately I got a very bad experience. Hotel in Baku 1 star only, water leak, dirty rooms and beds, basic buffet and very old building and furniture. Smell can’t be explained. I called the company they said sorry it is already booked we can’t change the booking. Requested for bus with Arabic speaker driver and air conditioner. I got a bus where the driver speaks only local language and the AC not working. In Gabala, the hotel was great all types of insects found including bed bugs.. yes Cimex. I am posting some photos. I refused to stay in the room and called the company at night they said we will resolve it in 5 minutes. They never resolve it and they stop answering the phone. I slept with my family in the receptioncause I couldn’t manage to get any booking as it was Eid holiday. I had so many other bad things where the company stopped answering my calls. If you don’t want to be fooled don’t use this company.

Fantastic experience: It was an excellent vacation through fly2fly agency in Dubai. Booking was very smooth. Flight, Hotel, and the driver were amazing. I would really recommend it, and big thanks to Mr. Mustafa for his outstanding support before and during the trip.

Negative experience: Pessima esperienza con questa guida turistica, una giornata ad Abu Dhabi sprecata, ci hanno chiesto 100€ per un tour di coppia solo per portarci nel parcheggio del Louvre di Abu Dhabi, nel parcheggio della pista di Formula1, all’ingresso del parco Ferrari, la vista panoramica di alcuni grattacieli, una cosa positiva la visita alla moschea… Pessimi in tutti i sensi, sconsiglio vivamente la compagnia e la guida Giustino
