Fantastic experience: Nileena proved to be a cooperative and exceptionally supportive operator, had no hesitation to revise the itinerary to accommodate our requests/ changes. Her responsiveness to queries was impeccable, ensuring our comfort throughout the trip. I've already recommended Nileena to my colleagues, and I highly endorse her for any travel, be it to Dubai or abroad. Despite a setback happened from the cab driver during the trip from my apartment to Dubai airport, everything else was exceptional.

Negative experience: We have asked a quotation to extend a friend's visit visa. The agent miscalculated the dates or grace periods or didn't get the correct information from immigration? That's irrelevant. At the end our friend had to pay 585 AED in fines for overstaying! Kohinoor refused to cover the costs of their own mistake.
