Positive experience: I planned a trip to Georgia at a very short notice, Sonia from Al Bustan Tours was very helpful and accommodative with my family's requirement, I had a amazing 5 day itinerary planned by Sonia and her team. had a great guide in Georgia, She had us covered in all aspects and was continuously in touch during the whole trip. had a wonderful time.

Positive experience: I took Turrkey tour from Al Bustan Travel. Mr Dijo is very patient executive. He answered all queries. Arranged online visa and customized economical package. All arrangements were perfect, on time and safe. This was my second experience. I recommend this travels for safe and secured plans. For turkey better get all site visit tickets in advance to avoid waiting in long que. Rest all experience was satisfied. We enjoyed the tour.

Negative experience: Very worst tour I ever went. Nothing arranged .no facilities. Even no seats properly.not at all suitable for families. No AC too .when prior to booking they told its fully AC. Very bad experience

Mr. Dijo was very helpful from initial planning till end of our tour, he never failed to keep checking on us even during the trip. Accommodations were arranged in a 4 star hotel in the heart of tiblisi city. We had a pleasant stay and guide arranged by travels (Mr. Gagi ) was also very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Positive experience: Amazing experience for Dibba in Oman. Booking and all traveling coordination with Dijo was impressive. Pick up and drop off hustle free. Cruise experience was good. Had fun in Water rides. Food quantity and taste was below average. Other activities such as fishing, jet boat, banana experience was awesome. Staff service was over the top. Must recommended.
