It was a great experience, special Thanks to Ms Sana she's been very helpful and professional provided excellent package as per our needs and we recived all the services as promised by her. Ms Sana has provided us excellent customer service, she was available for help all the time not only before booking but while our stay in hotel she's been constantly checking and asking if we had any trouble. Negative experience: Book at your own risk! We had booked a package for Maldives through them for our trip last week. As a first experience would rate it dissatisfactory, as we ended up following up on several aspects before the trip and during. Firstly (lapse in detailing) - we mentioned to them what other agents were providing and inorder to not lose the customer they imprinted same benefits without even confirming from resort. Secondly (lack of proactive communication) - The agent never connected with us during our trip to take feedbacks on any issues or our experience. Thirdly ( Failure in coordination with resort & agency) - We had to wait for 36 hours & numerous follow ups for receiving a resolution on the complimentary services. There was major miscommunication & lapse between the parties. Fourthly ( Dissatisfactory arrangements) - The resort where we stayed was super with amazing staff, but inspite of us informing the agent our travel itinerary, they failed to arrange the speed boat as per our requirement on our departing day. When we enquired about this, the agent just blatantly told us to coordinate with the resort staff. To summarize, if you opt for the agency, please prepare yourself to manage your trip on your own, they will only act as the organiser with zero proactive care or customer follow up. In our whole trip we felt like we were the coordinators trying to understand & manage the confusion between the agent, resort & 3rd party. Feather on the cap is that inspite of all this, the agent got back to us asking that except for one confusion what else went wrong? Proves their interest placed in customer service or satisfaction.
