Fantastic experience: I booked my vacation last October to celebrate my birthday. All the arrangements was made here. I arrived in Egypt with a car waiting for me at the airport to drop me at my hotel. My hotel was already informed that it was my birthday so they prepared cake and the staff even sing a Happy Birthday. Tour It was tailored based in my requirements and request. I have a private tour that made it easy because i don't need to wait for a group of people to finish their turn. It was just me and tour guide. I even have a private photographer. Tour Guide They give an excellent service. And they really take care of you. i did not have any fear since i am a solo traveler. I know that Ornate Travels knows them and i am in good hands. All in all, my experience with Ornate Travel was the best. Highly recommended. Good job!

Positive experience: We had a good holiday. The guide was always ready to help and shared the history to the best of his knowledge. The bookings in the hotels were well taken care of. Fantastic experience: We were a group of 5 with one kid and 4 adults traveling from Dubai to Masai Mara national reserve. Starting with the hotel at Nairobi to ending our trip at Mara Simba Lodge, Ornate travels planned everything perfectly. The hotel at Nairobi was spacious with delicious food and services. Staff at the hotel did a warm welcome and were very hospitable. The stay at Mara Simba lodge was just perfect; starting with the way they welcome you to delicious india food options. Rooms at the hotel were decent enough and over all it was a very cosy experience. Special thanks to Wilson our driver who made possible for us to see all the Big Five at MM. Wilson was very polite, humble and pantual. Over all it was a very good experience and all thanks to Ornate travels. Cheers.

Fantastic experience: We were a group of 6 who traveled on Italy tour for a week with Ornate travels. 2 families with teenager kids. Our requirements were diverse and Amina from Ornate travels helped to accommodate our needs within a budget that we could afford. Very prompt in responding and the most importantly she went extra mile understanding the our needs. The hotel provided were very good with spacious rooms as compared to European standards. All hotels were close to metro stations to eliminate extra transport costs. Very well planned trip we loved it. GOOD JOB!!!!

Fantastic experience: A trip to Malaysia was the one that topped our bucket list when we began our "after marriage" plans. This dream turned true with the wonderful assistance from Ornate Travels. They rendered a very valuable support throughout the tour. We were ready for the flight with a lot of dreams and hopes and came back carrying an armful of memories. The itinerary that was prepared for us was brisk and inclusive for the four days we spent at Kuala Lampur were much fruitful. The driver who accompanied us was very lively & accommodative and we are also happy with the service rendered at the hotel that was booked for us. We felt that the agents could include the service of the local city tour bus at KL, as it would have been a different experience for any tourist. The visit to KL tower was awsome, but the pre-booked tickets were not for the top view from the tower, which we thought could have been included earlier. The places we visited and the timings were convenient except for the rushed visit to Putrajaya on our way back to airport, in the scorching heat. However, all the other places in Malaysia carved indelible marks of beautiful memories in us and we thank Ornate for arranging such a memorable trip. Ornate travels is highly recommended to all those who are planning for an outing.

Fantastic experience: I went to Georgia with my husband using a package arranged by Ornate travels. Excellent communication with the agent and every detail was taken care of. Would highly recommend as even during the trip there was no glitch, the tour guide came on time and was one of the best I ever came across. Fantastic experience: Hi, I had booked a holiday package with ornate travels to Thailand covering three places Bangkok. Krabi and Phuket. I was coordinating with Amina for a tailored made package which included hotel, flights, sight seeing, food etc. She did a spectacular job and helped me make the holiday for me and my family a fabulous one. The hotels were excellent and as per our liking, sea facing rooms, beach front...Right from booking the flights to hotels stays to airport pickup and drops to sight seeing's everything was so well coordinated. Everybody was there on time to pick us up or drop us. The tour guides had good knowledge of the places and did their job to perfection. There was not a moment that we thought ok, this is no one there, so what do we do now....Great planning, excellent coordination, understanding of our needs was perfect. It was my mon's 75th Birthday, and the agency organised a cake cutting for her on the cruise.. I mean that was such a sweet thought. Overall I was very happy, satisfied, stress free holiday. Fantastic experience: We just returned from a 4 Days trip to several places in Kerala that was expertly planned and executed by Ornate-travel planner and his company. The attention to detail with individual components made our entire itinerary of car/hotel/tours extremely easy to execute on our own once we arrived in Kerala... The trip went like clockwork from start to finish and every stop was amazing. Every hotel was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better itinerary for seeing city on our own all in one trip. The resorts in Thekaddy and Kumarakam Leak Resort were with large villa along with lot of indoor activities.

Fantastic experience: Ornate travels arranged our Singapore trip from 27 Apr 2018 to 02 May 2018. The team from Ornate had taken care of the itinerary so well that we could do the best during our trip. We were given accommodation in the best place at Singapore city and all entertainment park tickets were pre booked and handed over on day one. Fantastic experience: It has been a long time, I was looking out for a holiday outing with my family. One of my close family friends suggested about Orinate Travels and I will honestly like to say it was my right choice. At the end of the December 2016 we had a great holiday which was well arranged by Orinate Team. I would like to really appreciate the team members of Orinate for the same. The holidays which the team arranged was more than we expected, the places visited, the tour guides, the drivers and the vehicles provided were excellent. More than all the timings on which the tour guides arrived to pick up and drop was as per the itinerary without any fail, the guides who assisted had a excellent knowledge about the history of the place than we expected, they explained more to us for the queries we had. The Orinate team customized the itinerary as we required in certain areas and the suggestions provided by the team was great which helped us in making a proper choice of the vacation. I really suggest Orinate team for their great and well organised scheduled holidays and I am looking forward to arrange my next holidays with Orinate team for sure.

Negative experience: I recently went on a tour with Ornate Travels. Our tour manager was okay but I had a very bad experience dealing with the Ornate Travels staff. After the tour booking was done, they increased the tour cost, without even letting us know about it. They waited till we got the visa processed and then they let us know about this extra cost which we had to bear. They told us that they had informed us about this which was a BIG LIE! The tour was totally mismanaged with very unprofessional tour leader and immature co-ordinators. We had to constantly keep following up with their staff without any satisfactory answers. Hotel bookings from their end were extremely bad. Overall a very bad experience. Won't suggest it to anyone. If you are looking for a good holiday package strictly avoid.

Fantastic experience: We had booked our recent vacation to Swiss and Prague through Ornate and we are thankful for them to make our vacation a truly memorable one. We were confused where to go, and every single place in the itenrary was suggested by them. The hotels provided were also the best and the suggestion from Ornate to include Karlovi Vary, a small town outside Prague was very worth exploring. Fantastic experience: How do I describe the prefect vacation, a trip of a lifetime that exceeded all expectations? I must start by saying thank you to our travel specialist Ornate Travel who took the time to get to know me and my family via telephone and email while helping us plan our trip, suggesting experiences I wouldn’t have imagined, and I am so grateful that their Holiday Consultant did. Every one of our tours were personalized with every last detail taken care of, every tour guide and driver so knowledgeable about history and local customs, all with great personalities, each excursion planned and executed to perfection. Our travel specialist and his team were determined to make my family feel like the most important visitors in Thailand. As for our accommodations, all were lovely and in the perfect locations, with great staffs that went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Waiting for us upon our arrival was a binder with our complete itinerary, all necessary vouchers, an extensive list of recommended restaurants, and a cell phone no# was provided to reach our specialist at any time, but everything was so perfect we didn't need to call him - yet he called us to check on our well-being – how wonderful! I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to work with him and share the company of his wonderful guides and drivers. There were times we thought it couldn’t get any better and then we were surprised with extra experiences we didn’t expect or plan, but our travel specialist surely did, like going to visit some key Buddhist temples since they knew we were Buddhists, wonderful lunches and dinners that included special spicy dishes seemingly prepared just for us by excellent chefs who highlighted local specialties and delicacies, the freshest fish, and most superb wines. We were introduced to some of the very authentic Thai Cuisine and am happy we met! And I cannot forget the many fabulous deserts seemingly designed to impress my desert aficionado wife, son and daughter. I would recommend this travel specialist and their company Ornate Travel in Dubai to anyone who is looking to experience a dream vacation!
