Negative experience: Rude and Racist responses from service agents. Their responses and politeness towards customers seem to depend on the skin color and country of origin. Stay away from this business there are so much better ones out there!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant ! Travel Bay is the best corporate travel agent I have ever worked with. From a customer experience perspective, there service is superlative. Mr Mohammed Jamsheed and his team was most responsive and Knowledgeable .My visa was approved at an rapid pace and they made all the preparation for travel hassle free and felt reassured that all was taken care of.
