Negative experience: التعامل كان سيئ جدا من قبل الموظف والذي ادعى انه المدير حيث رفض استلام الحقائب مع ان السفر سيكون في اليوم التالي لتسليمي الحقائب وانا من سكان إمارة أخرى حيث ادعى انه يستلزم وجود المسافرين ليستلم الحقائب فاخبرته باني ساسافر غدا وانا من إمارة أخرى ولكنه لم يستجيب واضطررت بالعودة بالحقائب لمنزلي

Fantastic experience: الخدمة ممتازة للغاية .. تريخك من زحمة المطار .. بس يجب ملاحظة التالي: 1. تقدر تستفيد من الخدمة قبل الاقلاع 24 ساعة فقط قبل ما يستوي.. و كحد ادنى لين 4 ساعات من الاقلاع. 2. يجب على كل المسافرين يكونون متواجدين في المكتب مع جوازاتهم . غير ذلك لا يجوز .

Positive experience: Very good idea especially when you have big family and lots of luggage They will deliver the free of charge to Dubai Airport and you will receive your boarding passes Just you need to ensure that everyone traveling must be physically in the office for them to issue the boarding passes I would always recommend the big family to use this office so they can have easy travell to the airport without wondering what they should do for baggage
