Positive experience: We had booked a trip to UK, Scotland and Ireland. The itinerary was well scheduled and we had a good time. Only if we had direct flights it would be more convenient. We are ready to pay more for direct flights, if we can get that option at time of booking it would be better.

Fantastic experience: We recently went with TravTips for London, Scotland and Ireland tour. The tour was very well organized with all the major attractions covered. Also sufficient time was given at every place. The local tour guides arranged were also excellent. special thanks to our tour guide Anirudh who was with us throughout the tour and made sure all the arrangements are made and executed properly. Our bus driver Shaun was also very friendly and safe driver.

Fantastic experience: This was my third time with TravTips on the Scenic Scandinavia tour and just like the last 2 times (Euro and UK trip) the tour was very well executed. The tour booking was very well managed by Reshma and Sebin. We covered a lot of ground and the most important highlight of the trip was Norway. Most of the hotels provided had scenic views and were comfortable. Like all tours, we ate Indian dinners on all days which I believe is very rare for Scandinavia. In the booking front, the staff is proactive and responsive at all times. During the tour, great service provided by the tour manager Mridul. The tour managers are very entertaining, accommodating and made our trip memorable.

Fantastic experience: Scenic Scandinavia Aug 4.2024, Good experience, covered a lot of spots with good connectivity. Qatar airways should have been provided instead of Finnair for the long distance. Food was good. Hotel rooms could have been little spacious in Helsinki specially.

Fantastic experience: We have taken 10 days Scenic Scandinavia group tour with trav tips. Overall experience was very good . Our family enjoyed a lot. It was one of the best vacation for our family. Fantastic experience: FEEDBACK OF THE EUROPEAN CHARM – 06 JULY 2024 TRIP Thanks for giving such a great option and tour with Trav Tips, we enjoyed a lot with family and had a great memory. The trip was well design, covered maximum possible visiting places with well managed timings. We had a great tour guide (Mr. Rajesh Ghosh) with great knowledge of the places including history behind that, he has managed whole trip very well with timing and priority of safety of each one always. He has good command in various language that helped lot in shopping, purchasing and getting best & great options. In spite of all went well and things are settled, there will be always few things are good and bad means there is always room for improvements every where and according to that pls. find below few observation and tips to improve the things where it’s possible. 1. As mentioned in the trip detail, the tour coach supposes to be video coach but it was not and also there should be Wifi in the coach so it can make easy during long journey. We have observed that other tour organizers have provided coaches with both the facilities. 2. Also, I observed that coach is having inbuilt washroom but not allowed to use or in operation so it can be made usable possibly in the long duration travelling. 3. There should be flexibility to book flight ticket from the nearest international airport either from Dubai or Abu Dhabi and it should be clearly communicated to guests by respective service provider from Trav Tips. In our case I have asked several times to have an option to flight from Abu Dhabi airport and return back as Dubai airport is very far from my location as we are leaving in Emirates of Abu Dhabi but the service provider has not given any option even with extra payment for that and that made our travelling very lengthy and little difficult in late night time both the ways to travel to and from Dubai airport. 4. The existing tour itinerary is good but it’s required to modify little as the last 2 days in ITALY has spoiled enjoyment of whole trip due to extreme weather condition in ITALY. As we know Italy is best place to visit but summer is not good time and should not be with this cool and charming trip as it’s wiped everything in that hot weather. We have enjoyed lot in whole trip except in ITALY due to hot weather which gave big thermal shock resulted spoiling of those last 2 days of the trips. So, we highly recommend to remove Italy part in this July-Aug season or add some places of the cool weather conditions. 5. Regarding the airlines, the Turkish airline experience was not good specially while returning back from ROME airport. Also, ROME airport is the worst ever I seen in my life, whole arrangement and treatment to passengers are very rudely and no respect or value for the tourists at the airport as well as in ITALY so, it is highly recommended to remove ITALY part and flights from the ROME as it’s spoiling enjoyment of the whole trip. In addition to that we escaped from the life threat in the flight from ROME to ISTANBUL as due to technical error it was reverted back to ROME resulted late reaching ISTANBUL and finally all journey was spoiled and end result was we did not got our luggage at Dubai airport. Later I got my luggage 2nd day after several follow up with Dubai airport and Turkish airline. Whatever we purchase specific items like chocolate, cheese etc. were got spoiled and not usable at all. 6. Last but not least, the information about Tax / Vat refund at the exit airport should be explain clearly to tourist/guests as we suffered a lot at ROME airport and still it’s uncertain that we will get that refund or not. Conclusion: we will recommend your package to others for all other destinations including this one but if ITALY part is exist then will never recommend it as it’s waste of money for that part and suffering in heat is other side so it’s better to be in UAE or spend that money in some cold/cool places in other destinations.

Positive experience: Okay let me start the review with saying that giving 3* is specific to the Tour Itinerary ! First & foremost our Tour Manager - Mr Rajesh Ghosh Dastidar is one of the best Tour Manager’s, We have met till now. He is 10/10 at his work and ensures all efforts to make you feel comfortable. He goes the extra mile in ensuring your journey is smooth & the goodness of his heart is evident . Humble, polite, and well natured guy ready to help all his guests ! Thank You Rajesh ji for your guidance and help! You deserve 6* for your service. Why 3* Rating - Refer Below Points 1. Itinerary is too exhaustive. Literally jumping from city to city & visiting them just for name sake. You will not even get the feel of the city due to shortage of time. Hence it’s not worth to pay such a hefty amount for this kind of itinerary ! 2. Hotels & Stay - Out of all the stays the below 3 hotels were substandard. They lacked the basic facilities such kettle, clean blankets, not working Fridge , no supply in washroom etc.. There should be some due diligence done by travtips before confirming these hotels. Zurich - Movinpick - Basic supplies missing, fridge was not working, & instead of twin bed they were compensating with sofa cum bed! Innsbruck - The hotel was not confirmed until last minute and when we reached it was an isolated place which lacked basic facilities like electric kettle, AC and telephone to even call to reception and minimum breakfast options. We drove almost an hour up hill to reach this shady looking hotel and then drove back almost an hour to reach back the town in the morning and wasted 2 hours of everyone’s time which could have been used to rest rather ! Arezzo - Ac was not working and had to be fixed manually, we found blood stained blankets in the drawers, staff was serving plastic disposable glasses in each room without providing drinking water ! 3 . Restaurants:The choice of some of the restaurants was extremely poor . There seemed lack of any diligence before contracting with these providers . The menu was limited with only chicken as an option for non vegetarians and some of these places were just halls not restaurants . One of our colleagues got a plastic wrapper in his food . Our suggestion-The vendors whose food quality and venue meet the desired standards only be included even if they need to be repeated . Also there should be an option to allow people interested in trying out the local cuisine like pasta , pizza etc . Please add half a day as. Free time at key location for people to explore or relax as per their choice. Overall Tour Experience - Was Okay! There is lot of room for improvement!

Fantastic experience: Been on highlights of Europe tour with them in July 2024. We had great holiday. Switzerland was best part except for hotel was ok ok...not as per Dubai standards, tour manager Anirudh Saini was very nice and guided us well. Italy was touch and go types with 3 cities covered in 3 days. The group, bus and food was all good definitely will recommend TRAVTIPs and will plan next tour with them.

Positive experience: We had availed their service for highlights of Europe Trip. The booking, visa services were well planned and streamlined. The tour manager Mr. Anirudh Saini was very cordial gentleman. He ensured we cover all the iternary with clock like precision. Hotel in Zurich was the downside but overall was an excellent trip, group and the tour manager.

Positive experience: It was my first tour with TravTips (12 Days - Highlights of Europe) and I was sceptical initially of how it would be. But I must say, it was a good experience overall. And the credit for that goes to our Tour Manager, Mr Mridul Chakraborty. He made it a pleasant experience for all of us. Hotel stays and the dinner arrangements were also good. I only wish that there should have been more time at some sightseeing attractions. We didn't get much time at few of the places. Rest all was good.

Fantastic experience: Its our first experience with travtips.Our Greece 6N/,7D tour was perfectly planned and executed as well. There were no delays,transport guys were very punctual, hotels were so good, the tour guides were so polite and the overall trip was far better than expected. Specially I would like to thank Ms Reshma who was very patient and supportive to listen to and answer all my queries and also for organising such a lovely trip for us.Our food selection was also taken care of and we had scrumptious vegetarian food throughout in our tour.

Positive experience: Covering 3 countries that is London, Scotland and Inreland as well as visiting all the important places and monuments in 8 days is a great feat done by TravTips. Mrs Madhurima Chakraborty is an outstanding tour guide and Manager, extremely disciplined and have a very positive attitude. Her personal attention to each tourist is admirable. With respect to Hotel accommodation it was quite satisfactory. Would have been more than happy to stay in Gretna Greens a day more. The food served especially the dinner throughout the tour was exceptional with exception to the hotel breakfast which barely had anything. Covering all the 3 countries was a commendable job done by Mrs Madhurima but it would have been more better if the time given to the famous spots had been more especially The Titanic Museum as most of the families were travelling with kids. The travel time between the places were a little too much which needs to be worked on. Overall trip was great and informative. We got an opportunity to learn lot many things about Europe and their culture but since there was time constraint it made us physically and mentally tired.

Positive experience: This was our second time with Travtips and the reason why we chose it again was because of the itinerary but I think Dublin was a complete waste of time or you should include one more day in Dublin. Dublin shopping time at the city centre was not an apt place to go. Also, there are few places where more time should be allotted like the winter fell castle. Kids were enjoying that place and 30 mins not enough for that. In Gretna green the blacksmith shop is a complete waste of time it can be removed from the itinerary. We liked the food at cosmo both the nights and even bites of India was good. Also please keep the hotels near the city centre to minimise the travel time. Overall the experience was good. Madhurima our tour manager was really helpful and supportive throughout.

Positive experience: The overall experience was good. The tour manager, Mridul Chakravorthy was exceptional in managing the tour with precision explanation in powerful English. He has in-depth idea about the places we are supposed to visit. Nothing more to say about him!!! Worth for money paid except the Hotel stay. It was indeed a poor rated in terms of food, neatness of the hotel and the service. The complimentary breakfast provided in each hotel were a cattleclass. The moment you had the breakfast your entire day would be ruined. Also, Indian food provided for dinner too was not so good except in couple of days. Last but not least, last three days were being used entirely for travel, by and large. This could have been used in better way by covering more places in the nearby towns/places.

Room for Improvement : While the trip was overall excellent, I would have loved to see more natural sites included in the itinerary. Adding more opportunities to experience the beautiful landscapes and natural wonders of Europe would enhance the overall travel experience.

Fantastic experience: Tour schedule: 6th July 2024 to 13th July 2024. Tour details: Germany-Swiss-Paris. The tour is well planned, coordinated and organized by the trav trips, dubai team. Highly appreciate Trav Trips staff professional attitude, response to communications and timely messages from the beginning of booking date till we reach home post-tour. The tour manager and the logistics coordinator did their due diligence and many a time reach out to support and help the tourists and guide in outstanding manner. Never did the tour manager appear to have an iota of impatience and stressed during the hectic tour schedule. Highly meticulous execution of his assignment. The geopolitical explanation of every region by the tour manager has impressed us so much. Overall the experience is great; Trav Trips team made this life time memorable tour for us. Fantastic experience: Recently did a tour with trav tips of Germany, Switzerland and Paris.. everything was well planned and executed. Hotels provided were excellent and well chosen and exceeded our expectations. Indian food in dinner was very good in taste and quality both. As we are vegetarian we didn't have to worry about food options as it was amazing. A special mention must go to our tour Manager Mr. Umesh Pehrwani. He is simply outstanding, knowledgeable, very punctual, approachable and always ready to make ur experience even more better. we named him Bigboss of our trip. For Itinerary.. While it includes some must and iconic touristy places, I felt there was room for improvement in Switzerland. Places like Geneva and Olympic museum were interesting but I would have preferred spending time in natural places like any village or countryside spot which is real beauty of Switzerland. Positive experience: We had a great time in our London trip hotels are good we are specially thankful for dinner arrangements which trav tips done so well one thing I want to bring to your notice that the Turkish airlines r so bad in service the lay over is much time taking specially with small kids. We left the hotel on 15/07/2024 morning 7 and we reached to Dubai on 16/07/2023 morning 8 so we travelled almost 24 hours that’s so Annoying if you could do the change at Istanbul Airport for the waiting time that would be more appreciated apart from this please make sure when you are planning for the itinerary for any trip make more adventurous and theme location for kids as well .over all experience was good we are happy with our tour guide Mrs madurima we would love to have her in our future trip I would say she is best so far so good best at her job . Negative experience: We had booked 11N /12D Highlights of Europe. We travel with comfortable coach with well experienced driver and very knowledgeable Tour Manager Mr. Mridul Charaborty. Overall tour experience was good. Our tour manager Mr. Mridul Chakraborty managed group of 40+ people very nicley .He managed some unavoidable delays(due to mistakes of travellers) very nicely and ensures that the tour plan doesn't affect. Feedback about hotel and food as below, Hotel stay : stay was good at Paris, Zurich, Austria /Insbruck and Rome. Hotel stay was not up to 4 stars at Padova and Arezzo. The hotel in Arezzo , AC, was not working , so need to open the room window to avoid suffocation, and there was no option Hence, need to sleep with noisy conditions). There was no tea kettle, room sleepers etc. Hotel at Padova was also not up to mark. Food : For Jain food, there was not much option in Breakfast. For Hotel in Paris, there was no proper seating arrangement on 3rd day and breakfast item was not made available although repeated request. For breakfast in Padova, there was a different breakfast for group tour travellers and hotel guest.Breakfast quality was also not up to mark. Dinner : Out of 10 dinner only 2 dinner at Zurich meet the expectation, 3 dinner were average and 5 dinners were below the average. TravTips should also consdier cleaning of bus every alternate days

Positive experience: One of the best I would say, we had been to summer Europe tour. Well managed with good facilities ( bf and dinner included ). Friendly tour manager he is very good at what he does. We had a good time. Cons Don't select their any packages which has one day tour since u end up traveling in bus. Always check is iternary involved all the sight seeing tickets before confirmation. Break fast is not good in some hotels.

Fantastic experience: Area of improvement, Accommodation provided were outskirts of the city and by the time we reach the hotel after sightseeing it’s not before 10 pm. This is really tiring and need to sorted out since group tours consist of senior citizens and kids. Fantastic experience: Travelled to Japan through Trav Tips. Positive experience: Tour Guide and other arrangements for sight seeing was great . But disappointed with the hotels and breakfast provided during the trip . Even though they claim that all were 4 star hotels but we never saw the standard maintained for the same. Courtyard Marriot in the France was running out of food during the breakfast time meanwhile Arezzo hotel in Italy found one of the worst hotel during the trip .

The trip was well organized, BravoTravTips. Hotel Novotel in Switzerland (no AC) was average, Movenpic in Lusaane was good and the hotel in Paris was just ok as it was far from the town centre.
