Negative experience: I went for a desert safari here on 3rd march 2024. Had a very bad experience. Staff was quite rude. I went here with my mother who is on visit to Dubai, she has got some knee issue, thus we were avoiding standing and walking. I went to take food for me as well as her. The staff serving food was absolutely rude when i requested for 2nd plate he is telling me to ask my mother come and stand in the super long que, when i told him she has knee issue he is asking me to go from there and again come and atand in que. 2nd staff person said the same things to me. Who was standing slightly ahead. The event was over crowded. None of the show was upto the mark. Food poor quality. I have visited multiple desert safaris till now. There are much better options especially with this one , the disrespectful attitude of the staff is really not good. Totally disappointed. The event was very unorganised . They opened the food at tge time of 1 dance show. Standing in the super long que most of the people missed watching show.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed with the service. They prepared the perfect program for us. We have time for adventures and recreation. They gave us invaluable advice regarding our stay in Dubai. With a lot of patience and attention to detail, they approached the wishes of our entire family. Negative experience: Avoid this company especially if you want to enjoy the Dune Desert Safari. Their dune is cheating, not a real dune desert safari. Not to mention the bad quality from the minute you go with them to the end. Money and time wasted.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time going to the safari desert. First time was in December 2020 with the driver Ahmad and this time with driver Usman. At the camp Salman was very kind to explain to us how seating arrangement works. I’ve been recommending Ahmad to everyone I know but I’ll definitely add Usman to the list. Thank you for the good time. Overall I highly recommend their services to anyone coming to Dubai for an unforgettable Desert safari trip.

Fantastic experience: Got a chance to visit red dunes, we booked little late and was not sure about pickup, drop off and who could help us. But I have to admit the experience was very pleasant and our local guide/safari driver was very nice, respectful and gave us very good suggestions to make right choices during safari. "Mansoor" he was leading us in our vehicle, very safe driver, punctual and pleasant to talk with. If I get a chance to visit safari again. They will definitely be my go to guys. I will recommend them .

Fantastic experience: It was a really great experience. I enjoyed so much compared to other desert safari camps. The staff were nice and accommodating. The food was great and the shows were amazing. The whole camp was very organized and very good. I was did not expect the quality of this experience. It was worth it.

Negative experience: Pick up late by an hour. Off-road (less than 20min) disrupted by a “proposition” of a falcon photo (extra payed). Sand-boarding is to be done by two boards for over then 500 people. Food starts to be served at 19-00 and these are “snacks” fat, salty, two types of fried something, spicy so much you couldn’t eat it. And the way it is served goes beyond any understanding- One trace for one hands. So if you are with kids you better have them with you in that line, otherwise they’d stay hungry. Same with soft drinks-one bottle to one hands! Then road back, longer by almost an hour because a driver missed the turn to our place! Disaster!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time with Planet Adventures on Desert Safari. We received a confirmation after booking and got a time slot for pickup the morning of our trip. Our guide Shahid collected us promptly and provided some great commentary on the way to the desert - he was excellent. We did dune bashing, sand boarding, a camel ride and had the option to do quad biking or dune buggys also. We paid extra on arrival at the camp for unlimited soft drinks and earlier buffet which meant we could enjoy the show while having dinner. Would highly recommend this excursion.

Negative experience: Arnaque de 1er ordre!!!! J'avais réservé un safari dans les dunes plus balade chameaux, barbecue typique et spectacle durée 6h! C'est alléchant comme cela !! Bref rdv14h 16h15 tjs pas de chauffeur en vu !! 16h30 finalement le chauffeur arrive et nous presse d'embarquer car il doit encore aller chercher des personnes Nous sommes en cie d'un couple qui attend déjà depuis 2h En fait ARABIAN HOLIDAYS TOURS par qui on est passé à booker 3 couples a la même heure! Pour rattraper le temps perdu le chauffeur roule comme un malade ne respecte pas les priorité, les passages piétons etc 17h panne d'essence sur l'autoroute 17.20vehicule de remplacement 17.30 on arrive au parking on nous débarque et personne pour nous renseigner! On va dire un responsable arrive 15min plus tard et nous met la pression pour embarquer dans les 4*4 Safari de 8min dans les dunes avec un chauffeur qui bouge le volant dans tous les sens pour faire illusion d'un raid 8min dans les dunes pour faire en fait 300m en ligne droite On se retrouve à nouveau dans interlocuteur sur un autre parking!! La nuit est tombée, aucune photo du désert avec la luminosité de l'après midi La Balade de chameau se résume à monter sur le chameau Le faire se lever Faire 20m Descendre du chameau Entrée du parc tjs pas d'interlocuteur, on se débrouille en voyant les autres faire Boisson rafraîchissantes chaude, servit a la va vite Apéro servit en barquette plastique ,a la main, tout le monde en ligne Pas de place définie pour manger sachant qu'il y a 250personnes sur le site Repas buffet en se servant nous mêmes en ligne Barbecue servit a la main 2malheureux morceaux de poulet a moitié cuit plus une brochette de kefta trop cuite!! Seul point vraiment positif les artistes du spectacle vraiment bien 20.45 fin de spectacle et retour au parking finalement le chauffeur nous retrouve et nous ramène à l'hôtel !! Bref 3 h de trip au lieu des 6 prevues Aucune excuses du staff ou du gérant !! J'ai fait un signalement à l'Office de tourisme de Dubaï! SURTOUT A EVITER ARABIAN HOLIDAYS TOURS ET PLANET ADVENTURE SONT INCOMPETENT

Fantastic experience: Safari was sooo good with driver Eslam. He was driving a lot and crazy (and safe of course). 5 hours just passed soo fast as we enjoyed nonstop. Driving, moto, then pictures and food. He showed for us nice and calm locations for taking pictures

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and experience with their desert safari package. They delivered everything that was promised without skimping. Prompt hotel pickup and drop. The venue was neat, bathrooms were clean. I highly recommend the VIP area for AED 50 more because the perks are definitely worth it. Overall memorable and enjoyable experience traveling with kids. The staff at the venue was very friendly, especially Abdullah and Ansar. The only sour point was that the drop back at the hotel was not by an authorized driver, who handed us over to his brother and his vehicle had no seatbelts, so it was a little unnerving on the highway.

Fantastic experience: The Desert safari was an amazing experience. Our tour guide Eslam looked after us from the begging. He did everything to ensure we had the best time. First we enjoyed the extreme Buggy driving, then Eslam drove us through dessert dunes with all his professionalism and skills and with a lot of fun for us! After we tried sandboarding and camel ride before heading for dinner. The fire show, belly dance, tanoura dance show were very entertaining and the BBQ dinner was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and the lovely sunset in the desert! We took tons of beautiful pics. Thank you Planet Adventures and Eslam for a great day and tour. Highly recommend!!!!
