Negative experience: AVOID!!! This guy Munsir has very poor customer service. I asked about visa fees and when I asked about flight tickets he said he will not give me as i already asked too many questions about visa fees. He refused to even check plane rickets.

The tour in the desert was magical, we chose to drive a quad in the desert (extra cost) and, at sunset, we did "dune bashing" ... pure adrenaline! Then, we enjoyed the sunset in the desert before to return to a "normal road" (after the dunes). I sent my inquiry about visas on FB and their response time was impressive(Good job Mr.Jasheer). I then visited their branch in Karama which is recently opened. I am very impressed with the way they welcomed me. Mr.Sajeer then helped me to complete the application process and subsequently, i received the visa in no time. Negative experience: I booked a ticket from here in Flydubai and the tickets were cancelled by the airlines due to covid issues. When I requested for refund, It was supposed to be a full amount refund but they took 85AED from the refund and claimed that Flydubai charged that money as their service charge.But When we contacted Flydubai they assured that they didn't charged any money because the airlines themselves cancelled the ticket and they issued a full refund for the ticket cancellation .So it's clear that the Travel Book tourism took that money . Please don't try to make money through selling these lies to your customers.
