Negative experience: أسوأ طيران في العالم أسوأ موظفين في العالم تأخير متواصل غير متساهلين بأي شي تأخير دائم في الذهاب والاياب موظفين غير محترمين هما يتأخروا ساعتين وثلاثه عادي اما تتاخر ف دخولك مايدخلوك وتروح الطائره طبعا غير وقاحه الموظفين

Fantastic experience: أتعامل مع هذا المكتب من عدة سنوات، ولكل الخدمات من حجوزات الطيران واستصدار الفيزا، والتعامل ممتاز وراقي من جميع النواحي، أنصح بهم بشدة. لا ننسى أيضاً أنه على الرغم من وجود عدة مكاتب تقوم بالحجز لطيران أجنحة الشام، إلاّ أن فلاي أند مور هو الوكيل المعتمد في الامارات من قبل اجنحة الشام، وهذا واضح على الموقع الالكتروني لأجنحة الشام.

Negative experience: بتاريخ 7 شباط طلعت برحلة من مطار دمشق لمطار الشارقة على طيران اجنحة الشام, بوصل عالمطار وباخد بوردينغ من وقت ماوقفت على الكاونتر الموظفة عم تتلئمن اخدت رقم وطلعت عالبوابه اعدت اتنظر بقاعة السوريه والبنات كتير لطاف واذ بتفاجئ باسمي عم ينذاع بكل السبيكرات، وقتا اجا واحد مسؤول باجنحة الشام واخذ مني البوردينغ ورجع بعد عشر دقايق مغيرلي المقعد طلعت هالطيارة بقلي واحد مسوؤل بالطيارة انت عم تعملي مشاكل، وانا كعميلة سابقة مابحق له يتعامل معي بهي الطريقة الغريبة، قعدت بمقعدي وبلاقي حالي قاعدة بالنص بين اتنين رجال يعني معقول انا بنت ومو اول مرة بسافر بنحط بهيك مكان ،وتاني شي يتبدل كرسي ليه وماكان في مجال اطلب غير الكرسي لانو اصلا الطيارة فل كتير الموقف مزعج وسئ لبنت انا ماعم صدق الموقف يلي صار معي وكتير متفاجأة من هالتصرف. بتمنى من المسؤلين معالجة هالشكوى
