Negative experience: I recently tried to book a flight with this agency and the customer service was extremely poor. Whenever I tried to reach out to them, the agent was not available and did not respond in a timely manner. Even though their prices are competitive, the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone booking a flight with this agency.
