Negative experience: i give you very low rating , because you gave me very bad experience, i have never face this kind of experience in airport. you never informedme about the flight schedule change and the luggages , so i was very early on that day and i spend over 6 hours in airport . airport staff told me that iam having 40+7 kg luggages , but as per your info i had only 30+7. i was totally unhappy with your service

Negative experience: Worst typing centre, give them everything for correction of profession and place of birth in issued visa with the application form filled in the process and get the response at the end when after paying that we are not responsible if the place of birth is not changed in the Visa despite taking the charges. I didn't get why the took money for the correction in the first place? Now they are giving lame excuses that they submitted correctly and it's immigration fault for follow-up with them. They forget that when taking this application documents were given that initially filled form is correct and mistake is in the final visa issued from immigration. In nutshell, if I paid for the correction to them and getting the same type of visa as the previous one and have to follow up with immigration himself then what they charged me?? And why do they accept it in the first place that they will make the changes?
