Negative experience: I expect agencies to be fair to the customer in letting them know if the application / biometric dates are in range so the visa can be received on time. This agency doesn't. The whole idea for them is to get business out of customers. A couple of colleagues and myself applied for the visa for Romania. Please note this is 3 months before the travel dates. This guy Mr. Jinto kept on confirming that the application dates will be in time and the exact dates can be know once the application is filed. Now technically this may be true but keep reading that this statement is incorrect. We paid the agency fee a total of Aed 515 (350 their service fee to process 90 day visa + 150 Silver insurance plan) The whole process started in May somewhere like 2024, May 18th (our travel dates are in Aug 26) and the application was posted on 2nd June. Now I've no issues because it can be late due to documents sharing etc. Money paid, application submitted. Now we are at the mercy of the embassy. After a few days we just tested our case by connecting with other travel agencies. They simply refused to take up our case. Somehow they knew that there is no vacancy on the biometric dates. My question: how come House Of Tours didn't know. It seems to me, they were just greedy of getting business from us. We then went to the Romania Consulate in Al Safa, where we heard from the horses mouth that there is no vacancy till end of Sep 2024. Wow!! Processing Visas is your bread and butter. Your agents should be with this information instead we getting this info ourselves. (this is why ppl pay agencies like yours to get professional advise and insights). Plus howcome other travel agencies knew this fact and refused to take our money. Summary: Every agency can process visas which are easy to get and collect good reviews. But true agencies are the ones who are fair and give the right advise. House of Tours has been blacklisted in my company. As many of us were planning to attend an event. One person's review can be wrong, not the whole bunch! Thank you

Negative experience: Unreliable Agency for Visa-Related Matters! Main Contact: Jinto Basic Expectations from a Travel Agency: 1. Expertise & Transparency: A travel agency should advise if your application window time is enough to get an appointment or not. My initial contact with Jinto started on May 15, and my travel date was August 26 (more than 3 months in advance). He confirmed twice that it takes 7–14 working days to process the visa. 2. Smooth Process: The visa application process should be straightforward, with a clear checklist of required documents. Initially, Jinto asked for 3 documents. Later, he asked me to fill out a questionnaire, and finally, they requested a few more documents. Despite multiple follow-ups, the agency failed to provide any updates on the application status. Each call was met with vague responses. Frustrated, we visited the consulate ourselves and learned that the earliest available appointment date was in September. Thank you for ruining my summer vacation plans!

As a company that should uphold a good reputation, it's critical for them to know the process and stay updated with embassy requirements before applying for visas. Despite completing all the necessary steps, including filling out the application, sending required documents, and following up with the embassy, they failed to check with the Romanian embassy to ensure there were available slots before our trip. This oversight is unacceptable. Due to their negligence, my colleagues and I were left without appointments, even though we paid for the whole service. This kind of service is a waste of money and time. I strongly advise others to avoid this agency to prevent similar situation!!!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with House of Tours regarding my Canada visit visa. Despite submitting all required documents correctly, my visa was rejected. Before applying, they assured me of their 98% success rate and promised I would get the visa. However, after the rejection, no one was willing to respond to my inquiries. It took 20 days to get a reply, only to be told that the reason for rejection was common and not addressed properly. The representative, Hema, has been unresponsive since the rejection, even though they were very prompt before the application. They even asked me to provide a 5-star review before my visa was approved, which now seems like a tactic to inflate their ratings. I strongly advise against trusting their 5-star reviews, as they appear to be fake and misleading. The service was the worst I've encountered. Save your time and money, and look for a more reliable service.

Four or three times she made mistake and then after submitting I found biggest mistake in the application which leads to refusal of all four applications. Negative experience: I had a worst experience with this agency. Initially they guided me nicely. First they asked me to pay their fee. I paid and then they asked me to submit all the required documents for Canada Visa. I submitted all the documents including the bank statement for which i had to pay 120 Qar. After submission i did not get any response from them. I messaged them frequently. They did not respond. After 3 weeks they responded saying that they are handing over our issue to another person. I applied from Qatar so they told will be transferring to Qatar agent. Again I had to take bank statements because it was delayed, for which I had to pay service charge for bank.They submitted all the papers and my paper was rejected by the embassy. I asked them reason for the rejection they told its all embassy decision, then I enquired in another agency so they asked me so many other papers which they didn’t even ask by this agency. Anyways I lost my money for paying this agency. Very bad service and disappointing

Negative experience: They are crooks! Fake advertising for VFS visa and take your money and chase you to pay. and then disappear and will say VFS system is not working. Beware everyone. if I don't get my money back, I will report them to Dubai police and authorities. Nijisha was an agent who took money and disappeared.
