I booked the tickets twice to Yas Island theme parks and hotel stay, they always have very good n discounted price, and the good thing about these guys are their 24/7 support on WhatsApp. They are not like others who just sold the tickets and forget you. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Be careful on booking with these guys. They will book you to a different hotel which is way worse than what you have booked with them (they will offer upgrade options but still not worth the inconvenience and you will stay on a relatively nasty place). You will only know the change in booking when you arrive on your hotel. I’m very much disappointed on their service. If you want to have peace of mind and covinience, I reccomend not to go with Mister Holidays.
Dear Geno,You made a booking with us for Golden Tulip Abu Dhabi. Upon your arrival, you were informed by the hotel that they had an overbooking situation and they booked you out to their sister hotel just next to it. This is something as explained to you completely out of our hand. while we also don't like it when the hotels overbook their rooms for any reason, this is something we really can't control from our side.As a compensation from the hotel side, you were offered a Free Dinner for your family of 6 Adults and 4 Kids(which also proves that this is not the Agency mistake) and also a free Room upgrade to a Junior Suite.on the same day, you called our agency and you asked for further compensation which we rejected as we feel that you have been treated fair and compensated well by the hotel and we offered you a Refund for the rooms if you wish to not agree on the solution that the hotel offered you but you declined it. Overall, we believe that you got the value for your package, you got all the Park tickets you booked and you got a Free Dinner. Which is fair.Best Regards,Tarek

Negative experience: We did not have a great experience with Mister Holiday. What was supposed to be a hassle-free short staycation did not go smoothly, as there was an overbooking issue at the hotel. To compensate for the hotel's negligence, they offered to transfer us to a 3-star hotel with a free dinner. We had no choice, especially since it was already late, and we had two toddlers and two babies with us. It seemed like the best offer they could provide at that time, even though we had expressed our reluctance to be transferred to a 3-star hotel. In my opinion, it would not be best to book with them during peak season, as they do not have control over the hotels they are affiliated with.

Dear Amr,Cancelling Airline tickets is subject to the Airline rules of cancellation. This is something out of our control unfortunately. However I can see that the Airline offered you a certain amount of credit note to be used in the future, which I find it fair.
