Fantastic experience: Me and my sister travelled to dubai from India and we booked our whole trip through travellers choice and our Indian travel agent gaurika vacations (suruchi). Our trip was just amazing and we enjoyed so much through out the trip. The lotus mega yacht and desert safari experience was wonderful. I had the best time in dubai and all bcz of the arrangements made by them. Specially our pick up driver/guide Mr. Muhammad for yacht and Abu dhabi trip, Mr. Akbar for desert safari day were so good. All the vouchers were made available to us timely and everything was perfect and upto the mark.

Positive experience: 1. The desert safari was amazing. Definitely the highlight of my vacation. The evening shows were minimal because of Ramadan but they were still fun to watch 2. Had a wonderful city tour. Our driver Irfan made the experience amazing. 3. The dhow cruise was horrible. I don't understand why after all these negative reviews nothing is being done. Guests wait and wait for two hours just sitting at the dock. If the trip is supposed to start at 9pm, why not just pick people at 8:45pm instead of picking them at 7pm and making them wait for hours?

Negative experience: My recent Dubai trip, arranged through Canadian tour operator by Travellers Choice, was far from what I expected. This review reflects my experiences and why I cannot recommend their services. Airport Pickup Chaos: The journey began with a mix-up in my contact details; my Canadian number was incorrectly prefixed with India's +91 ISD code, leading to unnecessary confusion and stress at the airport. Despite paying for roaming, contacting the driver was a hassle, only to find he was driving in the wrong direction due to an uncommunicated hotel booking change. This mishap significantly marred our arrival day. Anniversary Desert Safari: Our anniversary plans included a desert safari, thankfully outsourced to Royal Eagle, which turned the day around with an exceptional experience. It seems you must insist on quality with Travelers Choice to avoid their preference for cost-cutting options. City Tour Disappointment: The city tour was rushed, with a promised visit to Jabal Ali Temple switched to a gurudwara without our consent. We opted out of religious visits, communicated well in advance, yet the message was lost, showcasing poor coordination. Major attractions were skipped, and we were left to navigate Dubai Mall and a late-night Burj Khalifa visit on our own, a clear sign of cost-saving at our expense. Market Abandonment: On the fourth day, seeking to catch up on missed attractions, we were abandoned at a market with no return transport available, highlighting a lack of responsibility and support. Persistent Communication Issues: Throughout the trip, our corrected contact number was never acknowledged, exacerbating the disorganization and leaving us to fend for ourselves daily for driver details and plans. Conclusion: Travelers Choice's handling of our trip was fraught with unprofessionalism, from changing itineraries without notice to a blatant disregard for customer preferences and comfort. Their approach to saving costs compromised not only our experience but also our safety and enjoyment. Despite Dubai's allure, the agency's mismanagement overshadowed the potential of our visit. Given these circumstances, my advice to potential clients is to consider planning your trip independently or seeking a more reliable agency. Travelers Choice demonstrated a fundamental lack of care and efficiency, earning a disappointing 1-star rating from me.

Fantastic experience: Desert Safari tour was very good especially Mr. Ibrahim who drove perfectly during the dune bashing phase and took care of our special need of extra safe driving because we had a child with us. He also helped click many photos during the entire tour. Overall it was a good tour...only the camp phase was a little average.
